I remember getting on these back in the day. Hop on at Park Heights and Oakley. Ride to Mondowmin, take the subway to Charles Center back when Charles center was the last stop
Yeah I miss those days. Those Flexible Buses were more better built and more roomier than the new buses today. They weren't too fast nor too slow, but just perfect.
@Nabinut Cool video. The Flxible Metro and 870 series Coaches are my number 1 favorite. I like the Gillig Phantoms and GM RTS too. Do you think a Flxible 40 foot Metro E would make a good RV conversion? Since Flxible is out of business, do you think it would be possible for another US Bus company to be able to build the Metro again? I would love to see a Metro comeback.
Brings back some memories!
Nice vid, its great to get these on tape as they are basically endangered in almost eveyone's bus fleet.
Great video. 👍 The good old days.

Awesome video and awesome music.
Those were the good old days.
I believe there are now zero Flxibles at MTA-MD, correct?
I was told that Flexibles went out of business.

Yes, the company went bust in 1996.
