In my neighborhood, there’s a “gang” of boys from grade 5 to high school called “Bike Life.” They go around on their bikes catcalling girls. So now mocking a girl for wearing a bra is a common "Boy's thing"?!
After I realized that, I was so uncomfortable that I got in the bathroom to take my bra off.

But since I started working construction and taking public transit, my confidence has shot up. We’re all definitely going to have eye problems due to the hours we spend online. We eat too much or too little, obsess over things of little significance. I’m not saying everyone, but enough to be worrying. We’re abused and shamed and told lies that aren’t true but believe them anyway because there’s no one to tell us otherwise, to tell us we matter. The most dangerous places for ourselves is inside our own heads. We feel unloved and helpless, hopeless, as what will be our world that will be passed to us destroyed by older generations who didn’t care enough to fix it. So we will not only have our own problems but those of our parents and grandparents too. We’re all educated enough about abuse and depression to not do that to our kids, our kids will be the most educated and cared for generation yet because we will do what our parents failed to.
