This is the most epic technic Halo warthog anyone will ever create. The turret is the icing on the cake. 😍

i really like it but i have challenge for you- make a borderlands 2 runner.
I was wishing the mini gun was motorised, only to find it was motorised!

I'm curious why you chose double wishbone suspension in the rear over the trailing arm type though? The RC motors would work great for that! Very nice model just the same.

I am a huge Halo fan and a big Lego fan, and congratulations on this amazing build! A couple Years ago, I dusted off my old Legos and brought them out and have really been enjoying my Legos with my kids. Recently, I have fallen in love with Technic, and I have bought two cranes and I have my eye on some Technic trucks. I would love to follow your instructions and build the Halo Warthog. But, I think I am missing a good chunk of the pieces. May I ask what existing Technic sets you were able to get most of the pieces for in your warthog build? I'm planning on buying some Technic sets in the future, so I want to try and make those builds useful in terms of elements needed for the Warthog. Sorry for the long comment, amazing work!
Hello, this is hard to say, I think the better things to do is the look on rebrickable link, in order to put in your collection et see what set to buy to get the parts !
Note that you can replace oll lime green parts by an other color qyou want because they are pretty rare.

Très très sympa, comme d'hab un bon concentré de technologie. J'ai été pas mal surpris par le blocage des différentiels, ça aurait été sympa un petit test avec une surface glissante d'un côté :) Par contre, il y a 2 moteurs pour la motorisation de chaque essieu, c'est ça ? Il y a quelque chose pour s'assurer qu'ils tournent à des régimes identiques ? Ou ça pose pas de problème d'avoir quelques glissements ? (il me semble qu'un 3ème différentiel est utilisé parfois entre les 2 essieux)
Prochaine étape : un différentiel autobloquant ? :D

Merci ! chaque moteur XL entraîne un essieu. Il peut subsisté des différences de vitesse mais très faible car alimenté sur le même port de courant mais qui ne gène absolument pas. Pour le différentiel central, pas besoin si les 4 roues sont directrices (ce qui n'est pas le cas sur un 4x4 voiture classique et donc impose un différentiel central mais il y a plein d'exemple ou certain voiture n'ont pas de différentiel central). Les ponts autobloquant existent en lego mais sont encore trop gros pour être facilement implantés.

I've been meaning to make a Halo Warthog at this scale for a while, but haven't gotten around to it...yet. I want to create steering/suspension similar to the Warthog in Halo CE.
How does yours handle off-road terrain?

Excellent work! Doesn't the Warthog have trailing-arm suspension in the rear though?
It depends of the Halo game, in the one, there is trailing arm which is complicated in lego, and on next game, there is double wishbones.

Ok, this is cool and all, but I have a few questions: one, is this of a scale for Bionicle figures to ride and use? Something like this would be amazing for a "Reviving Bionicle" style video...
Two, is that as fast as it goes?
Three, is/was this for sale on the website you linked to up in the description? I know the last question will probably offend some folks, because they don't like people asking to buy others' MOCs, but I had to ask because there was the link, and I didn't see this on the site, and I was curious.
I think the bionicle figure would be a bit too big but it can work. It is fast as you see in the video, so not really fast but not really slow. Regarding mochub, there is a selection of creation for sale but not every creation I made. This warthog is not available and would not be.

They can't cuz the theme Lego has implemented in all their sets is to be peaceful/no guns or signs of war, except for Star Wars which is a fantasy war thingy.

Dude. U r right in some ways. I'm sorry if u got me mistaken for a peaceful person. I am but I love Lego guns and wish they made real steel ones looking plastic ones. I don't know much about the Lego company and I see no reason for them not to make a war series/halo. U do make good points and Lego should really read this stuff u comment. They will be able to answer ur question better.

Hello, he leaks the free instructions which is a photo sequence. The new instructions is a fully rendered PDF as LEGO did. Sure I would have appreciated he creditted me as the author.

Ethan Coy the two xl motor have the dame power of the rc motor son more torque, less rpm, perfeclty suitable for heavy véhicle like warthog. Not suitable for the Rc motor.
