Homemade Taco Bell Cheesy Gordita Crunch MUKBANG + RECIPE!

- Happy Cinco de Mayo! Today, I made homemade cheesy gordita crunches, just as good as Taco Bell! I made them with mostly organic ingredients, and pretty much everything was from Trader Joe's! I freakin' love that please, don't you?!
How I did it:
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp taco seasoning (recipe below)
1/2 tbsp flour
3/4 C water
6 soft taco shells
6 hard taco shells
shredded cheddar
shredded iceberg
baja sauce (recipe below)
Brown ground beef in a skillet. DON'T drain the meat! Instead, fry the beef in it's own fat until the meat has caramelized and the fat has been absorbed (YUM-OH). Next, mix your flour into the homemade taco seasoning, add to beef and mix, allowing a couple minutes for the flour taste to cook off and the spices to toast and open up a bit. Add water and let simmer for a few minutes, until sauce is thickened. Set aside. While the beef cooks you can throw your hard-shell tacos in a 350 degree oven for 4-5 minutes to toast. Then, sprinkle some shredded cheddar or mexi-blend cheese on some flour tortillas and throw them under the broiler. Once melty, remove and wrap each one around the outside of each hard-shell taco. Then place back into oven for a couple for minutes. (You can turn the oven off and let the residual heat do the work. I mostly did this so the cheese and taco shell would meld together more.) Then, all you've gotta do is assemble! Meat, lettuce, shredded cheddar, baja sauce -- tada! So good. Have fun making these!

Before adding cheese to your tortilla, try heating them with a little bit of butter/oil/cooking spray on a griddle/skillet and heat on both sides of the tortilla. The softness will complement even more to your tacos! Hope you get to try this method out and I am sure you will use it every time you are using tortilla for tacos or to make other delicious recipes.

I have both baja sauce and spicy ranchero sauce in my fridge I buy them on Amazon they are totally different tasting sauces cause I thought same thing but the ranchero sauce is more of a chipotle flavor and a looser sauce than baja
