Holy shit. I've been free running for a little while now and I gotta say that you guys may be some of the best I've seen.

Im weightlifter/strength athlete and this is such as awesome sport to me. The evolution of sport itself is amazing. I find myself watching Parkour/Free Running vids all the time now! I wish I could do my sport and this! Great vid!

These guys need to be machines right now! When i think about the fact, that this video is bout 5 years old, then i realize that it has really been kind of a revolution! Those guys were the first guys doing most of the moves shown here.

I COMPLETELY agree with you. When you do a sport like parkour your concentration goes throught the roof. And when you do things like roof hopping, you know one wrong foot will kill you but the feeling is so awesome you do it anyways
WOW.! thats the description for this video. this is amazing. the craziest thing about this video is that my really old friend is in it and its the first time in about 6 years that ive seen him AKA gio. i used to go to school with him when he was just a beginner. now...phenomenal. 5 stars.

These guys are so gud at free running cause they started from early age and did gymnastics for long long time and thats why there so good.

God 4:13 is so amazing, I like to think I can do a pretty good dash but that just blows my mind.
The 360 kong is also fantastic, I've been practicing the takeoff a little and hope to actually attempt that one soon.
LOVE THIS TEAM. Everything is so smooth and well executed, they take such big risks on some of them and aren't even dead! For example 4:20, that looks like it could kill you if you missed.
The one negative thing I could say is some of those cat leaps look PAINFUL!

They are probably all french speaking belgians. In french, we usuall abreviate names by their 3-4 first letters. Oli for Olivier, Seb for Sébastien, etc.
