Korean industry sa music kaya dun sila nag iimprove. Dahil don, developed yung mic nila. koreans did appreciate this performance. however, they react differently. when anyone sings a slower song, the audience claps more quietly because the essence of the song/ the mood of the song is calmer and that’s what’s left after the song ends. they’re not going to scream like they do for more hype songs, but they feel with their hearts the message of the song. also this video seems to be blocking out background noise, including clapping, just fyi. i hope you understand that it’s just a difference in culture and that’s why the reactions were different.

They may wanted a ballad song. High notes all the time may not so touchy to some listeners. Maybe song choices differ from each individual. Mori has a classic song choice.

WOW, she was only 21 years old here but she was incredible vocally! Her belts were so clear, lush, powerful, and effortless, the whistle notes were clean, some of the runs were a bit off but she made it up with many clean ones. Also I love that there are just a few imperfections so you can tell it's LIVE and undubbed (Mori never lip syncs which is why I love her). She's insane!

They are fan of high notes. I think this is just because of a good quality video, that's why we can't hear the noise, and the audio is directly connected to the camera. :) guessing...

koreans did appreciate this performance. however, they react differently. when anyone sings a slower song, the audience claps more quietly because the essence of the song/ the mood of the song is calmer and that’s what’s left after the song ends. they’re not going to scream like they do for more hype songs, but they feel with their hearts the message of the song. also this video seems to be blocking out background noise, including clapping, just fyi. i hope you understand that it’s just a difference in culture and that’s why the reactions were different.

But go back to listen again to how she sang mariah's emotion. She didnt sang it well, some songs aren't suitable for her. She overdo the song. Doesnt mean she can reach high notes, she can sing any song. Trust me, watch n listen to it again, but the other 2 songs are good. Peace.

WOW, she was only 21 years old here but she was incredible vocally! Her belts were so clear, lush, powerful, and effortless, the whistle notes were clean, some of the runs were a bit off but she made it up with many clean ones. Also I love that there are just a few imperfections so you can tell it's LIVE and undubbed (Mori never lip syncs which is why I love her). She's insane!
