Clarinet player Han Kim plays Weber Clarinet Concerto No.1 op.73 1st movement with Seongnam philharmonic orchestra conducted by Pyong-yong Lim, for Matinee concert, Seongnam Art-center Concert-hall, Seongnam, Korea, on Dec.15th.2011.
Amazing! I'd say this is matched only by Sabine Meyer's version. And that's really saying something.
I'm playing this piece right now! It's so dramatic and mysterious, and I always find it a pleasure to listen to someone playing it at this level of technique.
Where is the "love" button ? Amazing artist with amazing ability. The warm tone and various emotions will have me repeat viewing this video.
Nice to see that his sound's matured quite a bit since playing Weber's 2nd concerto. Bravo Mr. Kim, spectacular performance as always!
