      “Silver is for the kettle, and gold for the furnace, but The LORD is the tester of hearts- Bible” your heart is like discovered silver, dirty and not pure, when silver is purified it is melted over and over, to the point that when it’s melted and glows red hot, it is pure enough to see your own reflection in the puddle, so also does the LORD purify your heart, till HE can see HIS own reflection in it, seek the LORD and be reborn, ask The LORD to renew and restore you, repent and ask The LORD for HIS Salvation for those who seek will find and those who knock the door will be open unto them, no man is good, all are in need of salvation, Jesus died so that our sins will be wiped away and so that we could be made new, seek The Kingdom of GOD for if you would be wise you would be wise for yourself, pick up your cross and deny your flesh and follow the path of GOD, for The Kingdom of GOD is at hand, in JESUS MIGHTY NAME Amen and Amen

    I cried at the end 👏🏽 Society has convinced so many that there is no other way and we’re helpless and need to rely on corporations and government. Yet with dedication, careful attention, passion and patience, we can really guide the land to come back to life, thus bringing ourselves, wildlife and our community back to life. It’s so beautiful, and brings hope. We truly can create heaven on earth if we just stop getting distracted and get to work!

      Thank you. It’s so true. This is why I value freedom so much and am for the individual and smaller government instead of for the collective and bigger government. Because ultimately having the freedom to cultivate and create our own life is so magical and no institution can tell us what’s best for us.

      It would be great, but we got some countries now with restrictions to growing your own food, which is insane and i think against human nature and freedoms.

    • @larsstougaard7097
      @larsstougaard7097 2 роки тому +38

      @Ergjon In America, many states have restrictions unfortunately. Thanks to laws unchanged since the 18th century, you may run into trouble with your local authorities just by installing a hoop house for your tomatoes. Florida became a seat of contention recently as local residents of Miami Shores battled the local city authority to allow them to grow vegetables in their front yards. In July, a law was finally passed that allows Floridians to grow their own food on their front lawns, as reported by the CNN. It look six years and a very determined couple of gardeners to turn around laws around gardening that go back over a century. The main reason for all the restrictions? It's mainly about the way front yards look and the misconception, sometimes written into law, that vegetable gardens are unsightly.
      Long live the vegetable garden 🙏🥦🥬🥒🍅🫑🫒

    • @larsstougaard7097
      @larsstougaard7097 2 роки тому +9

      @Ergjon its probably more easy if you have a few things in your backyard and not a big plot where you try to be self-sufficient. But it should be encouraged to grow food. I have a balcony on my apartment here in Copenhagen and grow strawberries, apples, raspberry and flowers to help the bees. It's small scale of cause and it's legal here in Denmark to gather all edible food like mushrooms and fruits from all public land and forests. We need more of this 😊

      It's a utopia. A beautiful one. It's impossible because there are too many people and our planet is too small for everyone to have their own garden.

    • @mizomint4197
      @mizomint4197 2 роки тому +14

      Actually... For example in the US, most foods we eat comes from an average of 1200 miles away. If trucking ever stopped for some reason, like an EMP attack or a massive CME occured, tens of millions of people would die within a months time. Not only from starvation but uncontrollable crime as well. Society is built on extremely flimsy foundations. It's a shame that we aren't taught in school about edible plants and animals in our environments, how to garden and when to grow. How to safely preserve things. One of many things that humans should learn in school growing up that they aren't taught. We don't prepare our children for the worst, for the real world, to think ahead, to be prepared, to be self sufficient... (In general. I know not every parent is not that bad.)

    I’m doing this in the Caribbean right now (my parents home) and I’ll tell you one thing this living off the land thing is HARD. This video is so beautifully shot and the voice over is dreamy since your accent is charming and tone soft and warm. I’ve read some of the rude and distasteful comments but don’t let them discourage you from posting more of these videos. There are so many people who just need to see that it IS possible. Whether you’re alone or with a partner/family. And no you don’t have to be rich or from wealth to achieve this. It’s all about determination and how badly you want this life. Keep up the good work ❤

      Totally agreed! I hope to meet someone like that someday. Or will build a cabin somewhere alone and adopt a dog, and invite friends and family often to stay over. we have a large in-ground garden area fenced off with vegetables, two raised beds off our patio and several containers of varying sizes with herbs, fruit, more veg and florals-even just this, and it’s not much nor is it enough to support my partner and i, is HARD work. fulfilling, absolutely more than anything, but it’s nowhere near as aesthetic to care for + BUILD a garden that you’re counting on for production.

    Absolutely beautiful and thought provoking. It made me think back to a time when I was young when we would spend all day working outside in the garden or playing at the beach. We would be thoroughly exhausted and aching at the end of the day but felt so good, so satisfied and at peace. I currently spend my days at a desk and often feel so dissatisfied after a long day of work. Your life, the changes you and your husband have made inspire me to explore new ways of thinking and ultimately, I hope, a new way of living someday soon. Life is fleeting and we often step all over the best parts of it as we blindly rush from one task to the next.

    Great effort to reduce reliance on "the grid". And to see that you both appear happy to be away from the city's hustle and bustle, (for the most part). Would love to know how the land was acquired, was it already owned in the family, or had to be bought at a cost. And did the surrounding neighbors all share similar nature based lifestyle? So while it has benefits to live away from the Metro areas, to rely more on personal efforts, there'll still be a need to rely on "the grid" eg cell phone/ internet (maybe), gas and repairs for the camper, running into town/city for health and other supplies, a dental checkup maybe or in an emergency to get to a hospital or clinic or for repair parts for the dwelling, solar fittings or tires and oil change for the auto, which still blows exhaust fumes etc. And, oh, all those cost regular grid money aka Euros or other. It's really difficult to totally divorce from some reliance on the grid, but credit for the efforts to minimize.
