One day, many moons ago, a little unfit, while labouring to a 48 min 10 km, I told myself. I will stop running the moment I run slower than 50 min. These days I cant break 50m any more, but I wont stop running though.
No the feeling! At the moment i can still break 50 and on a good day probably 48mins but can still remember when a sub 40 was the order of the day! Luckily we can set new old age PB's when we move into different age groups! Although my age group is quite competitive .😆😁
