There have been invisible blocks there ever since the 2nd version (1st version is the short one, 2nd is the ToshDeluxe one, 3rd is the new buffdate)

@@0x6a09 IDK, it definitely makes them more consistent. At least some of the invis blocks (not the spam ones though) are required for it to be possible
