Hi, You and your Mrs are great. Thank You for all the recipes. For those of Us that are busy with work, We use slow cookers on low for at least 8 hrs, till we are home from work. If you could do more slow cooker hearty meals (or one pot meals) that would be really useful and appreciated. Merry Christmas to all.

Try adding a tsp of cayenne powder. It adds a little spark! Also if you are going to freeze for later eliminate the potato as they get a mealy texture. Cook enough potatoes & add as needed to the soup.

Have you thought of catering for familes who are too busy to cook? Or open a private dining gathering at your home? Diners pay good money for good food. But of course you need to vet them before hand, dont simply allow strangers into your home. Better still, allow only those highly recommended to eat at your home. By right you should open a restaurant
