    Very educative . I haven't heard anything about these before. But I want you give me example of how the kip/okrs workd in education department.

    Hi, that was a very useful video. It is not theoretical it relies on real life practical setup - thank you!
    My question. What is the difference between a Polaris Star KPI and an OKR. Both seems kind of the same. The Polaris Star KPI is also an ambitious goal that we are trying to achieve

      That's great to hear, thanks for the feedback and you're welcome! Excellent question: So the Polaris KPI is the "focal point" at any given time when it comes to "fine-tuning the machine" (that is your business). It can be counterproductive to make improving all of our KPI's a priority at the same time (for example revenue and profit margin). That's why we pick one area to focus on at any given point in time, so we know what to prioritize. Now the OKR's are more project based, like building new things. Oftentimes the Polaris KPI is also an objective in our Quarterly / Yearly OKR's, but not always (depends on the nature of the Polaris KPI). I hope this makes sense!
