Very helpful discussion, but unfortunately no discussion of the side effects of salvage treatments. Based on quality of life, someone might decline one or more of these treatment options.
Just left my oncologist, PSA has jump almost right after radiation treatment. Pelvic CT shows that it has not metastasis there yet. Was going to do a bone/skeleton imaging scan but the oncologist said lets do a PMSA scan. Will do that at the end of January. My PSA numbers went from after radiation treatment 0.019 to 4.02 in a span of 9 months. The biggest jump was from October to December. October it was 0.59 to 3.01. Now a month later I'm sitting at 4.02. Doesn't look 👀 good.
@@RH-xd3nxAll is going okay. My PSA scare was what they called a bounce /bump. It has been trending downward for a couple of months. This is the result they were shooting for. Will be checking my PSA every 3 months for the remainder of the year.
Praying for your full recovery!
Im doing well PSA hovering around 1.03. Hopefully it will continue on this downward trend
May god bless you!

I wish docs cared more about disclosing the true side effects. Mine just said hot flashes…
God bless you!

Beautiful, you are most likely cured 😊
@@RH-xd3nxCure is a word that they steer clear from 😅, but I'm hopeful 🙏
BigZVD what is your Gleasson score?
I have NO SYMPTOMS. EVERYTHING IS NORMAL IN THE LAB TEST "EXCEPT" THE PSA IS 10. Next is an MRI DYE IMAGE. I'M 77. WHAT'S GOING ON ?
How are you?
