The 33 year old footage is beginning to show its age, Filmed on a Panasonic Ms1 consumer SVHS Camcorder and upscaled in Topaz Video AI
I was living in South Devon 1993-2001 and I still cannot for the life of me figure out why I didn't spend the odd sunny summer day here. I was in my 20s and at that point was more interested in work, music and women than trains. 🤷♂️
Enjoyed, stayed in a camping coach many moons ago.
That convoy of locos and power car was weird.

That LMS inspection saloon is no 45046, one of the camping coaches at the well known Brunel holiday village, now up for sale..

The old trains 🚂 🚆 🚊 have open windows 🪟 are very dangerous, probably comfortable seats 💺, luggage 🧳 rack, slam door 🚪 passenger trains 🚂 🚊 🚆 , a toilet 🚻 🚾 🚽 , probably smoking 🚬 accommodation and run 🏃 its services everyday and bank 🏦 holidays except Christmas 🎄🎅 🧑🎄 🤶 Day and Boxing 🥊 Day. There is no train 🚊 🚆 🚂 ticket 🎫 🎟️ office 🏢 at Dawlish Warren. There are signals at Dawlish Warren. Also there are trees 🌳 🌳 🌲 🌲 🌴 🌴 at Dawlish Warren. On the westbound of Dawlish Warren, it’s called Dawlish. Only GWR - Great Western Railway 🚃 provincial trains 🚂 🚊 🚆 stop at Dawlish Warren and limited GWR - Great Western Railway 🚃 intercity express trains 🚂 🚆 🚊 class 800s and 802 stop at Dawlish Warren at certain times ✖️ on certain journeys.
