A lot of people comment on this exact thing and also all the empty parking lots. I always go downtown early in the morning when its not busy because I don't want to try and launch/land my drone near people. This is Woodward Avenue, the main strip downtown. There is a need for six lanes due to it leading to 3 major sporting venues, and many theatres and bars. As far as the bike lanes I agree they are needed and directly behind the drone at 3:53, there is bike paths on both sides. That's where all the sports venues are. The bike paths have been constantly growing downtown and I believe soon they will be everywhere they need to be. What I did notice is they are not being added in the order they should be. The area with all the parking lots together is the same area as Comerica Park, Ford Field, Fox Theatre, Hockeytown Cafe, Shopping etc. But I agree, convert all those lots into one parking structure and maybe build some apartments (That are cheaper than $5,000/month).
