  • Smoking a Wagyu brisket can be a delicious and memorable culinary experience. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you achieve a flavorful and tender brisket. We fired up the Lonestar grillz pellet grill to 245-260 degrees using Hickory pellets. This was 100% American Wagyu and turned out delicious. The entire cook took 8.5 hrs.

    That was an awesome first cook on the LS Pellet grill Kenneth! I think that is one of the best cookers out there. Brisket looks delicious as it should….it’s Wagyu! Cheers brother!

    PAPA has yet to cook with Wagyu. Top Rack Brisket! Oh yea, she turned out awesome looking Kenny! Miller Light! , that is what I drink now when I go out now since I banned Bud Light! Peace!

    Brrotheeerrr.........i noticed you're hat says "Fire Protection".........you wouldn't happen to do fire sprinkler systems would you???? That's been my career here in CA since 2000.
