Hello, my background in the rendering is a single white color no matter how I change the environment settings, what is going on?

It should show in the render if you have an outdoor scene

It just doesnt work, the environmet doesnt show in the render, even tho i follow all the steps, its so frsutrating

If you save as PNG it will have no bg. If you save as jpg it will keep the BG. You can also save the BG with PNG. If you have further issues. Send me an email I would love to help you directly [e-mail]
