- Tools I have modified or made in the last 30 years.Working as a mechanic often you need to make what you do not have so here is a small video that shows you some of the tools I have made because I could not buy them or they were not available where I lived without waiting days for them.

Those are some pretty impressive looking tools you have made. I was quite impressed by the palm ratchets and the valve spring compressors. I've made tools over the years. It's amazing what one can accomplish with a bench grinder, file and a welder. Thanks for sharing!

All good mechanics have an array of tools they have made themselves. Great video, some impressive kit. Palm ratchets were my favourite! It will be interesting to see what you get up to on the Suzuki Jeep.

Here in the US, we have Harbor Freight which sounds like the "Chinese store" you have there; Harbor Freight here has some great tools but also some very cheap tools that can be modified like what you've shown here. You've given me some great ideas!
