The lyrics are BigBang's but like for "This Love" that was originally Maroon 5's melody, "Oh Ah Oh" have part of its melody that comes from another song: "Scatman". They do it often to the point that they can't seem to come out with clear fresh ideas. and after a certain number of years, someones work becomes public without copyright. like happy birthday and such..especially with foreign laws, its a very gray area. Then again it's probably the editor's work more than any other for these pop songs..
