Have you had a real life example to evaluate the affordability? The news is catastrophizing some of the costs. Depends on many factors. Is there a home that you like we could use as an example to walk down the steps to see if it was actually affordable?
@@LyndseyKnowsSarasota when the time comes, I will have to see where things stand. Between high interest rates and skyrocketing insurance costs, it could be the deal breaker. Hopefully things will get better, but I’m not very optimistic.
