Hi Chloe. What a great idea. I will have to look for those different sizes. The one that I have in the video would be too small for a handle but maybe would be the size for a coil?? Thanks for the idea and for watching.
A great sampler of textures. My favorite is the heart hardware, and I love the way the repeated pattern looks. So pretty! My favorite source for texture lately is a crafting thrift shop in town. They have a section of fabric trimmings at 25 cent per foot. Today I got a dozen 2’ lengths of lace and some doilies for less than $10. That store is a treasure trove 🙂
Hey Ali. Im glad you like that one. It was realy neat how it came together. I have never heard of a crafting thrift shop. I wish i had one of those here although I would probably clean the place out if I did, haha. Lucky you. Thanks as always for watching. Yeah. Ann
Haha. I would actually like to do that, but would have to make time to do it. Maybe one day when we stop making the videos 🙂. You are very sweet to say that. thanks
@annruel1982 it reduces the amount of sharp edges also.weather imprinting or cutting all the way through the clay it is much easier to release from the clay
Hey Michele. I did have a lot of fun playing around with these for sure. Im so glad that you like them. I will have to do another one of these for sure. Thanks as always or watching Michele. 🙂
Hi Happy. I was thinking about whether to finish these , but since they are just samples with different textures on each side, I probably wouldnt be able to sell them, so I will probably just reclaim the clay so I dont waste it. I was careful to say in the video that I would probably just use any color of Amaco Celedon over it. All of those particular glazes break really well over textures to highlight them. You can look back through my other videos to see samples of the celedons being used. Im so glad you liked the textures and thanks for watching. Jim and I really appreciate it. Ann
Haha. I didnt think the suction cups would stick to the clay. Sounds just like it does when you peel it up from the bathtub 🙂. Thanks for watching Lamardon. Ann
Hey Gingy. Im so glad you like htme. I bet you could come up with even better ideas than I did. Take the challenge 🙂. Thanks as always for watching. You know we appreciate you. Ann
I am sorry I have to stop warshing your videos becouse of brain overfill 😉 so great! Notnjust the idears but the showing as well. The calm voice, showing differend shapes and final products.
The metal part of the paper clip is great to extrude handles: there are several sizes and much cheaper than an extruder!

Ann, another great video, searching outside the box, you've shown us to look past the regular shapes available, thanks for the inspiration ❤😊
Inspirational as always! Thanks for this great video..... Can't stop, must go and try......
That is so sweet of you. Thanks so much Linda for watching. Give it a go. Im sure you could find more creative textures than I did 🙂
Have you ever thought to write a book with all your brilliant decoration ideas etc?
Haha. I would actually like to do that, but would have to make time to do it. Maybe one day when we stop making the videos 🙂. You are very sweet to say that. thanks
Saran wrap helps to reduce the difficulty when removing the textured item from the clay
@@levishepherd4387 Great idea Levi. It has so many uses doesnt it. Thanks so much for watching. Ann

Yes! You really should write a book with your decoration ideas!!! I would absolutely buy it!!
Love the puzzle pieces, link them slightly together and later paint flowers or birds so that it looks like real pieces of a picture

I love what! you do beautiful peças.
I still struggle with the basics. How to put small butterfly on larger to get adhesion without ruining the texture?
