You should keep the gun still, and have the object coming at it with an angle. Also keep the object idk 25 feet or so away from the radar. Otherwise you will likely get funky results. Fun video though.

But that's slightly wrong measurements with Doppler radar. DR shows projection speed on the longitudinal axis, so object has to move on you to proper measurement. So actual speed of boared is higher (depends on angle).
Never used those pulley systems for boarding or barefooting so presumably there are more limits... but 47 mph on a whip is not very fast when compared what is done behind a boat, or on a boom even..

@@jboneill nothing in guinness records though for fastest wakeboard run so wide open for you to exploit dude! I've only ridden cable myself but will say riding a twin tip kiteboard at the cable park produced some very fast corners! xD
It captures the fastest moving object, so if your hand is like swinging fast, I’m pretty sure it grabs that speed. We tested it on a car and it was pretty spot on

The goal was to go as fast as we can while the cable is running normal speed (20 mph) so 47 is pretty quick when you aren’t being towed very quickly
