I use to wakeboard behind a jet ski a lot. I always felt like I was throwing my back out because the jet ski pulls the rope down. I cant imagine how I would have felt at 60mph lol. Great Vid JB!
If you have the string underneath the deck then it for sure pulls the rope down. But I've found out that if there's a place that's underneath the seat it works much better.
I like the idea of trying a different jet ski that has lower power. It’s fun to see what can be done on a tiny wake. Plus a jet ski is just a better low cost option for some and if you don’t have a driver you can just rip it around
I have a 2021 Wake Pro 230, and honestly the trim control plays a big part in steering at slow speeds. Also, the Wake Pro has a ski mode so your not fighting the throttle. Cool video though....69 on wake board is cray cray.

You should try a wake pro,I just traded one in,it has a tow tower and tow mode where you can ramp up or down how hard you want to start and preset your speed just like the big dollar wakeboats but without the wake,also has handles on the tower so the spotter can sit backwards
All jet ski in the world are limited to 68 miles from factory either you have 160hp or 300hp except if you modify it, main difference is the acceleration... Go fast on a wakeboard in the sea is a bad idea, waves feel like rock

My 2019 wake pro came with 68 mph gps controlled governor,I waited for the warranty to run out before tuning it up to 77
