I’ve tried a lot of these but I’ve been reaching for the First Aid Beauty tinted moisturizer almost exclusively because the shade Bone is actually fair and it’s totally undetectable-and I’ve hardly heard anyone talk about it!
I love the Stellar foundation so much on my combo/oily skin too! The Josie Maran just slid off me though! I wish they hadn't reformulated ELDW Light so much. It was one of my top favorites! This was a great video! 🙌🏼
I love the Pixi Skin Tint! It very much reminds me of the Clarins tinted moisturizer in matte bisque I wore in the 80s/90s. Discontinued of course 😒 I was so happy to discover this a few years ago!
Jess, I really enjoy your honest and straightforward reviews of products. Would you be able to do a video on foundations that don't need setting powder? Hard to find, but I know they must be out there... 😏
I’m always on the hunt for a good foundation, and am super appreciative for this video. Being very fair w/neutral undertones can be a bit challenging at times. I find that the fairest shades run cool a lot of the time. I’m not familiar with the femme couture rosé all day foundation, but it sounds like it would be great for my dry/sometimes combo skin. I’ll have to give it a go. Especially at that $. Thanks so much, chickadee🍃🌸
i have to say: I LOVE LOVE LOVE your channel! is def one of my favs! so honest. I have oily skin too and I 100% trust your opinion on makeup and skincare. Thanks !
Have you tried Clarins Skin Illusion? It’s amazing!! It’s like wearing no foundation at all and yet having beautiful skin. And it’s almost completely plant-based and good for your skin.
Since you have both; what is the shade difference between the Stellar S02 and L02? I'm excited for the new one from Urban Decay - mainly for the fair shades with yellow undertones and I have always been curious about the skin tint from Pixi!
I will definitely check these foundations out. Medium coverage with a natural or dewy finish is my favorite. I hear you on the struggle of shade ranges for pale skin. What is your favorite mixer? Have you tried the one from Ofra? I am very curious about it.
I've placed an order yesterday for the uoma beauty foundation (skin kin fair lady) and I can't wait to try it out. Have you tried it yet or do you plan to?
Do you like the Clinique Even Better Foundation? It has a better shade range and it is honestly so beautiful and natural. It doesn’t break me out and has skin care in it for brightening I think. It’s my fav for everyday if I just want something I can apply quickly and get a fresh natural no makeup look. It sits on my skin better than anything else I’ve ever tried other than Nars Sheer Glow.
The Estee Lauder light foundation.. Is it the same shade range as the original Double Wear? So if I'm Ecru in one I'll be the same in the other?? Both this and the Stila ones look great!
You look different have you had braces? Or whitened your teeth? I can’t put my finger on it. That Josie foundation unfortunately can’t seem to get hold of in the uk 😞
April Lane hmmm Well I had braces 15 years ago haha! Teeth are definitely not whiter either (I wish lol). It may be just a diff camera angle since I moved??

You should try the Garnier bb cream, it's affordable and great formula.. Always natural I love that of Jess 👌

Omg your hair 😍 What toner did you use? It’s gorgeous!
Colleney my stylist used redken shades eq in 9G I believe :)
You should try shade 2 in the Clinique foundation. It’s a more neutral/yellow undertone.
I bought the Pixi skin tint due to your recommendation and it’s the only foundation I’ve been using lately! Thanks for letting us know about it 🤗
Your hair is beautiful! Love the color. Also, thank you for the foundation recommendations. I needed some new options for summer.

Jenn S. L02 is a shade lighter and more yellow!

The stellar beauty foundation is on sale for 19$ right now on Sephora! I grabbed one to try.
what are you toning your hair with now? Are you still using Wella T11?
Thank you, Jess! Any dupes for the Estée Lauder DWL? I love it but the price is hard to take. I can’t find anything similar.
blueshoes915 yes!Covergirl matte bb cream (it’s got way more coverage than a typical bb cream so don’t let the name fool you)!

Jessica Rose I have tried it!! It wasn’t my fav. It was “fine” but I like these ones more for sure
I’d def like to try the Josie Maran Argan oil one. It sounds like one that I’d love ❤️

Both this and the Stila ones look great!
Anne Roswall the light version has a way smaller shade range I think. But they do overlap in shades, like I’m pretty sure there’s an ecru shade!
@@somegirljesskent There is, just checked. Great video, I love your recommendations for oily skin 🙂
Have u tried Giorgio Armani luminous silk?
Where did you get the essence foundation? I'm Canadian too.
Arica W I got it at Superstore! (Grocery store)
You look different have you had braces? Or whitened your teeth? I can’t put my finger on it.
