I am having the same issue. When I disable csm and enable secure boot and save and exit my.computer restarts and goes stright Into bios every time. I have to undo everything (enable csm and disable secure boot) for my pc to start like normal.
@thepollen I figured out what the issue was and I was able to fix it and now I have windows 11 working. Make sure the hard drive you have windows OS installed on is partitioned correctly (GPT). The hard drive I thought had my OS on it was GPT but turns out that was not the hard drive my OS was on. The Hard drive my OS was on was actually MBR which is why my OS would not start up and keep looping. Once I changed it to GPT I was able to enable Secure boot and then it worked after I restarted. Make sure the HD that has your OS is partitioned correctly and it should fix your issue.
@@curdlemyturtleIf you having the same issue just re-select your drive that has a windows in it in the boot option. (Press F11) it boots right up for me.
I did what you said, but every time I turned on the computer it was stuck in the bios menu and I couldn't exit it. What should I do other than removing and reinserting the battery?

There is a video about our class motherboard. I got everything set but after I set the settings to secure boot. It won't boot back into win10. But I found out what I'm missing is more to gpt drive format. U can do it in windows before u change it in bio I have not tried it yet because I'm worried once u change the boot to gpt and the secure boot in bios does not work then your screwed
This helped with my issue. It said inactive and I tried the same thing multiple times. I guess I had to disable and set to custom again. My only problem was that it said inactive and everything was in the right slot. Trying again and again didn’t work. So I put it to the “wrong” settings and did it reverse pretty much. Got through the steps and it says active now. Thank you!
I need help with Asrock X570 Steel legend. To enable Secure boot on eneble I first have to disable CSM, save the bios and restart to re-enter BIOS and enable Secure boot because otherwise it is not possible. The problem is that when I disable CMS and click any key on the keyboard my computer does not start. There is power everything lights up but the screen does not work black image. When I do not click anything the system finally starts. During startup there are 5 beeps. The only solution is to remove the battery, i.e. CSM is turned on again. I discovered that when I connect another monitor I can enter BIOS turn on Secure boot and everything works no beeps. Everything is ok. GPT system, AMD CPU fTPM, Secure boot enabled visible in the system everything works! But when I reconnect my main monitor the problem appears again. There are 5 beeps again and as soon as I click something I have a black screen and I cannot enter BIOS. If I do not click anything the system finally starts and Secure boot works. These 5 signals are irritating! I have previously had Secure Boot enabled on my monitor many times and never had any problems with it! I recently cleaned my computer of dust without power and battery and since then I have not been able to enable Secure Boot on my monitor again and also enter the BIOS! Is there a solution for this? Why did this problem suddenly appear? I have enabled Secure Boot on my monitor many times and never had any problems with it! I have even done what Asrock recommends Install default keys Secure Boot. I have done Custom and also the Standard recommended by users, it does nothing! When I enter the BIOS on the second monitor and switch the HDMI cable to the second monitor on a turned on computer with the BIOS visible, my screen and BIOS work but as soon as I restart there is still a problem. On another monitor everything works without a problem. The second monitor is from another computer, it has never been connected before, I have always used mine. I have done this many times on BIOS version L3 and also L5.60, now I have even installed the latest version L5.63 and there is still a problem!. I only have monitors with HDMI input! My motherboard does not have integrated graphics! I only have a dedicated card with one HDMI input and 3 Displayport inputs. I can't connect my main monitor to another output because I only have one!. HEEEELP! Asrock is shit! On Gigabyte, Asus or Gigabyte there are never such problems, this was my last motherboard from this shitty manufacturer.
I solved the problem myself. The solution was trivial that no one on UA-cam, forums or ASUS, ASROCK and Nvidia support came up with. My system starts normally, BIOS boot is fast again without errors, I can enter BIOS and every time I see a normal screen. If you have an AMD processor, an Asrock motherboard, make sure you have: Format GPT partition, AMD fTPM, CMS disable and Secure boot enable set in BIOS. If you also installed a BIOS update and it didn't help, keep looking for a solution. I struggled with this for two weeks. How did I fix it? And that's my secret, no one was able to help me. Only stupid idiotic answers, people can't read with understanding. And any technical support from companies is a bunch of morons. Don't count on me sharing my solution to the problem so easily.
After tons of debugging, if you are experiencing the black screen 5 beeps and no vga error dont panic. If you are using an nvidia card swap ot to an amd or use the integrated and undo the changes in bios. Or just swich the vga output AND BE SURE THAT THE MONITOR IS ON when you start the pc. It will take a few tries but keep on. It is a typical error if you use this motherboard wirh a gigabyte vga. Hope i could help
