Game Summary

Lurking in the untamed jungles and sprawling grasslands, the Ceratosaurus is an aggressive predator adorned with venom-laced spines. Their attacks cause victims to erupt in bursts of blood, a sight for sore eyes (or a tactical advantage for a clever Survivor!). If you can harness this power, tamed Ceratosaurus will unleash healing bursts that revitalize themselves and your fellow carnivores. These swift creatures make for some of the fastest mounts you'll find.
Be wary of the open ocean, for there lurk shoals of Xiphactinus, relentlessly aggressive fish with appetites bigger than their bodies. These voracious predators will blindly attack anything in sight, so you'll need to act fast or become their next meal! They tend to become even more ferocious in packs, so stay on your toes

That's not dirt and not a path. You're just following Snail Game's leaking slurry tanker.
I love Aberration, the only map that really felt like it had a progression build in, needing blue gems to get a hazard suit, then got to get a good tame to get all the way down into the rockdrake trench and steal your first egg on foot, then needing red gems for its saddle and then you can glide down and get better eggs.
Really also loved that you needed Night Time to get to the surface, as well as there being different durations of night time, not much use of that anywhere else.
I hope my biggest issue with Aberration is fixed, the insane bloom on the water in the Red Biome, it was so bright!
I also hope they fix the Climbing Pick issue, where you get teleported below map or instantly die, I know a way to do it 100% of the time so will try it out and see if I can get them to fix it, lol.
Yea its cool that theirs almost a tier like system like you explained always has you with a task or 3 at hand for sure. Good point on the pink water btw that shit was way too bloomy! 😂

i always switch light bloom off on ASE! Makes a huge difference and game still looks great. Sure ASA it will be better.
What you say is very true. I love how people keep complaining about ark survival ascended, as if ASE was perfect😂 i played rainbow six siege for years. Its in year 8 or 9 now and they still have some returning issues every update, that have been there for years. Every game has issues, i still love ark

Don't get your hopes up. Still can't even land on metal mountain in certain areas without meshing. Keep your hopes low cuz they always seem to suck. So that being said if it is a decent remake you'll enjoy it 10x more 😂

i just want a higher structure limit which is currently only at 5500 and more options on generators, like being able to change their coverage area which is currently just a sphere shape with only being able to put 3 in a 34 foundation radius.

I am so freaking excited for this. This map is going to finally provide a challenge for me.
I hope they take all the time they need to make this map pop out perfect, I remember how much I loved the look of it on evolved. I cannot wait to see what unreal engine 5.4 is going to do with this map.

I used to really dislike aberration due to the no flyer thing but after going back and really diving into it with my friend I fell in love with it. The struggle in the beginning is real but if you stick with it the payoff is well worth it
Only thing I’m missing about playing abberation again is the friends I played it with the first time
I dont know why yeiling or what ever its called was choosen as its just sound like rock Drake's cheap knockoff
Yi Ling. Also that doesent even make sense. Yi Ling was an actual Creature that existed and Rock Drakes are fantasy creatures. Its like calling Horses ripoffs of Unicorns.

I feel like this map is a lot of peoples favorite im worried they are going to be stingy with the servers again and we are all going to be stuck fighting the login boss together.
Aberration was probably my most favorite map so if they fuck up aberration, wildcard will never get another cent out of me.
Aberration is my all time favorite Map! It hooked me since day 1! It’s so fun on PVP and PVE! Ab was so creative, so original! And I really think it was Wild Cards Gem of all the Maps! And I really think this was then end of true Wild Card imagination and passion!

I honestly cant wait to see the graphics. Abb was always one of the most gorgeous maps back in the day so i cant wait to see what its gonna look now.
I used to not like Aberration at first. Now its one of my favorite maps.

We always wait untill the transfers are open before joining to make sure we don't lose things.
I was a bata tester for the game B4 it came out man has it changed gotta hate the mesh tho but pass that and legendary
Abb is my favorite map, had my main base on it in public servers plus nobody was ever on it so it ran nice

The best map! Totally fell in love with it and ark playing it. Drakes 💚💚💚💚💚 can’t wait. The only issue I foresee for console players is WC messed up LB / quick transfer. Getting drops on surface won’t be fun if they don’t put it back the way it was
Abaration and extension are the best dlc in the game and it will make a great change in the game but they still need to fix some bugs

im realy hoping theres another sneaky creature addition they havent announced yet ab is my fav mapand im just not exited about the yiyi or spider especially for a map that has radiation and such great weirdness.
Still think the octopus or Koolasuchus whould have been better.
@@draw2death421 I agree my vote went to the octopus myself but the problem is i dont think the octopus could be doable they just dont have the skills to give motion or animation to its body they struggle to do a motion animation anywhere more then a moving tail just look at the basilisk its body despite being a giant snake its animations and movement are horrendous.
cant wait for it to lag and crash every 2 mins even tho they said they fixed it
and why release another map if nobody wants to play the new game cuz of the lag and crash the game almost never runs smooth unless u have 3k and up pc

I haven't played since February this DLC might re kindle my passion for the game if they don't f it up. I'm happy to wait until Christmas or longer if they get it right and don't break the map.
@@D3ltaLabs I have been a huge defender of this game and of wildcard themselves but it's becoming increasingly more difficult to do that. We should be further down the map ladder than we are right now. Complete games are made faster than what it's looking like for this remaster. Knowing they NEVER keep a date then the road map is hilariously inaccurate.
Official PVP 1x player here. Really excited to dig into this. Plan to take the Thursday and Friday off work. Really curious to see the cave balancing changes and if some other non-bannable unintended base locations are the same as before. I’ll probably have theorycrafted the map to death by the release

@@zachfreedom644 fortunately I can take off with little notice. Probably like a week before. Surely they’d announce the delay before it being 1 week away. And if it does get delayed, I can just cancel the vacation time. Notice I didn’t say I’d take off the 4th though. I expect day 1 to be a crapshoot

They could be shortening their stock on purpose. Whole purpose of a business is to make the most money they can. Sell at 3$ to 1.50 buy back at .25 before they drop ark 2 or finish asa

this map 'was' amazing but sadly im expecting the same , if not worse of a complete dumpster fire. They couldnt even complete community built maps so what hope do they have of re-creating (cut and pasting) a much more complex map.
Beautiful game, terrible performance, and it’s rare to have friends that can play it with you as a result.

Abb is an amazing map but be honest it's the same game nothings changed lag rubber banding bluesrceening all the stuff from the og game still exist the difference is guess what you can buy the new spider so sounds like another loss to me
I been playing since release... Rarely lag never rubber band and have blue screened a handful of times at max 🤷

I've been following your content for a while and honestly you've been glazing this game hard like so many broken promises and so many delays for what? An unoptimized game? On top of that the monopoly with the servers. It's not worth spending any more money or time on this game and it's simply not much of a survival game the way things are going. ASE is way better than ASA any day
