Awesome video! Different point of view no pun intended but Sylvie and yourself really are a jack of all trades! I really like learning how to repair and maintain the house. I also am slowly learning some French thank you! If I said this correctly..Merci pour cette video
We didn’t need to adjust anything. If you need to make continuous adjustments, take a look for loose tie rod ends, bushings, and king pins. Also make sure your alignment is within spec.
very interesting video!! love to see a couple working together on projects,...if you guys are ever in the orlando, florida area please let me know...god bless!!!
Very informative video! Do you have one or can you do one about jacking the bus, lifting points and the jacks and stands you use when you do that? Thanks!
Great project! I'm a big fan of your videos. I travel in a 40 ft Diesel Pusher and would love to build a bus like yours. I am concerned about turning radius and ground clearance. Do you have trouble getting into campsites or Walmarts, etc with inclines or small hills. I would love to hear about your experiences with this issue. Thanks!!
I’ve never experienced a blow out on a steer tire. With that said, I’ve driven buses and trucks with alignments so bad, that if a tire blew you would not able to control the vehicle. That would raise the question, if a properly maintained vehicle would benefit from this? Or, how would it benefit? Remember, if you’re fighting your vehicle to stay straight and it’s pulling or all over due to alignment or work components, how will it handle during a blow out, even if you have something like the object you installed?
Interesting....a remarketed steering damper. Some vehicles may already have one so double check before you buy one.
It’s not just a steering damper, it has springs inside that keep is straight.
awesome video..good advice..what grease did you use for chassie..thanx and have a great weekend..
We use Lucas Red and Tacky.

315’s
It is great to see you guys again
Thank you
Basically this a custom steering damper
Good job, j ai la meme philosophy, faire par soi meme, moins chere et meilleur moyen d apprendre
Not a steering damper like on a Jeep, it has internal springs that keep it centered. On est jamais si bien servi que par soit même.
injoy all of your videos
Thank you
I should add that my neck hurts for you working like that!
You don’t feel it until 2 days after.
@@LacroixCruiser Oh, I get it! Been working on my pit. If you're in AZ sometime, you would be welcome to stop by and use it!
A pit is in our future for sure.

No problems in any way.

It’s definitely not a cure for poor maintenance.
