I purchased this ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxSmDA16smq0C2AlNEjn-rxfI5AxUj6e3a for my standing desk, as I have trouble standing in one spot for extended periods of time. It's a great way to get in a workout while reading emails. I haven't yet mastered the art of composing an email while working out, but I look forward to that. You can definitely get a workout by bouncing up and down (my boss enjoys laughing at me "prancing"), but it's easier in Zoom meetings to use more core control to not bounce up and down so much. I haven't had the courage to do a full-on workout while in a meeting yet, but looking forward to that too!
Please don't be fooled by the looks of the Maxi Climber! It's not flimsy at all; it's light enough when folded to move to another room with ease. I just started using it and it's a beast of a workout!
This was an important question I had about its stability and strength of the machine itself. There had been reviews which spoke of cracked pieces and wear and tear in a short time of use.
@@kikiperry4924 I've had mine for over a month and there is indeed a little white plastic piece inside one of the handles that is cracking and falling out. It doesn't appear to be affecting performance yet. Other than that, it is pretty stable and now that I've done 15 of Rosalie's workouts on this thing and I've been whaling on it as I get stronger.
Back again after my 4th round of all of her Maxiclimber workouts - I up the resistance each time. One more plastic piece came out and again - no change in performance. This thing appears to be holding up quite well.

maxi climber does work, the machine is pretty stable. WARNING: DO NOT LEAN BACK OR YOU WILL FALL OVER; DO NOT LEAN TO MUCH FORWARD, OR YOUR HEAD WILL GET HIT BY THE HANDLES. This machine is designed for quick, fast, go action, so if this is your first go, then do not be surprised if you have to get off within the first 3-5 min. If you are looking for a slower paced exercise, then maybe you just need to get an exercise bike, otherwise, just stick with the maxi climber, and as you build muscle endurance in your legs, then you will be able to use it more and more. This is one of those machine that really requires commitment, and motivation, and if you have none, then it would just be another piece of exercise equipment that just sits around and never gets used. I love this machine! But I’m glad I found your vid because I was doing it all wrong killing myself and couldn’t make three minutes doing it at a six. I think I can get do better than three minutes following you. Don’t be fooled this is a workout if you’ve been laying around for years It will kick your butt! I’m very motivated to keep going now that I see what I was doing wrong.. thank you.
I got mine on the 21/9/16 start using it this morning 25/9/16 following your video, I almost gave up after 5 minutes, my legs went to jelly, but I persevered, stopped twice, drank water once. I think I will give it another go this evening. I have definitely found the exercise machine just for me. Thank you Rosalie for your help.
I have always wanted this machine ever since Rocky VI was in theaters (Dolph Lungren using one as the Russian Boxer) but was always worried about the impact on my right knee since I cannot run on treadmills (but still play basketball) or steppers due to a torn meniscus, and other knee conditions. I purchased a stepper which turned my knee into a grapefruit so I never purchased this device. However, I saw David Goggins using a Versaclimber for 3 1/2 hours so I got hyped (and jealous LOL) and purchased a Weslo Climber from Walmart and....... I am angry I never purchased this decades ago. I always knew it as the #1 full body cardio machine, i already have an airdyne bike which I rate at #2 (#3 arc trainer and Jacobs Ladder), but the fact that I am not experiencing any knee pain when i use it is phenomenal. If every American had this device, obesity rates would plummet below Japan's tremendously and gym memberships would be reduced by 3/4. There is no reason to purchase a treadmill or spinning bike once you start using this machine, and I AM a long distance cyclist already. Thank you Rosalie for this video. It is very inspiring and encouraging. You might ask, why did I get a Weslo from Walmart? My patient has a 15 year old Weslo elliptical on his outdoor - and even in its overexposure to rain, snow and dirt, it STILL functions squeaking, with missing screws, without batteries, so I was blown away that this machine can still operate after so much abuse, wear and tear by its owner. That convinced me to try their climber before I go to a more commercial model and other than the smell of plastic burning for the friction with the hand rail and the walls of the bushing, it is a great device. And this review is from someone who uses equipment 1-2 timers per day. Realize that the Schwinn Evolution Comp airdyne bike has a 30 year warranty on the frame. I am probably in year 10 or 12 of that time frame so to discover a gem of a product manufacturer in Weslo is insane. I do not make product endorsements, but I do promote the idea of home fitness workouts, so Rosalie, thank you again for reinforcing the benefits of home workouts to your audience. About Maxiclimber and ALL fitness products: Yes Karen S, I have purchased tons of home products - the wrist weights leaking, etc. and some work as advertised and other don't. I recently purchased a weighted vest only to read the Amazon comments after I purchased it - all reviews were bad (meaning never to purchase something after your 10pm workouts because you are too tired to make rational decisions LOL) but I have NOT experienced any leaking that the reviewers mentioned (at least 20x) in the product reviews. Which is why I am so surprised in the quality of the Weslo products ...... so FAR...... But the elliptical product in particular. which leads me to comment on the Maxi Climber.... I always like to try equipment before I purchase it. I tried the Maxi Climber 2x once in a Sears and another time maybe at Walmart, can't remember. But each time, I almost rocked backwards - I weighed close to 200 lbs. I didn't feel comfortable on it in terms of maintaining my balance, and Karen, yes, it did feel flimsy... like if I stroked/pedaled to hard, I would fall backwards. I have not experienced this on the Weslo climber. Total control and confidence. Now there ARE flaws with this device - but for less than a C note, they are not deal breakers and would not reduce a user's capacity to benefit from using this machine and getting a HIIT workout. My advice is that you find the machine WITH all your desired bells and whistles, which is what I intend to do for a more serious climber experience. Let us all thank Rosalie for her work and for keeping it real in her workout. Although I am not qualified to review the MaxiClimber, I highly recommend you get one, just chose intelligently. I am now searching for a Versa climber at a reasonable price, used or refurbished. The good ones will last much longer than the trash, they always do. Thanks again Rosalie. Keep up the great work.
Can't wait til I can actually do 20 minutes on this! Barely got to 14 minutes today.... better than the first day I tried it where I got to 8 minutes and my legs nearly gave way, couldn't make it upstairs or down for that matter :) Great video and instruction. Rosalie is in amazing shape, she can talk like it's not thang while going at it. I can barely breathe while going at it.
holy shit, this thing is insane, I barely got through 15 mins of this work out. The small steps are actually the hardest because you really are using more muscles to keep that pace and control. Sweating my balls off and my thighs are on FIRE. wow.. I have a goal now, get through this work out with out stopping. Once I do I can move up. good investment.
Thanks a lot Rosalie for this excellent 1st workout ! Even though I thought I would'nt do it, I did it ! At my pace, stopping when heartbeat was too fast ... but I did it ! I feel great and proud of myself. Just watching your video and listening to your voice ... Beatrice, 54 y.o. (France)
I was doing research before buying the Maxi climber. I didn't want anything that I wouldn't use. After watching Rosalie doing her work outs on Utube I decided to purchase one. I got to tell you she makes it look easy but it will definitely kick your butt. I can now do the whole work out and she's like a best friend that keeps you going and believes you can do it. I also like its small size and sturdy design. Now I will move on to her next work out till I master it and keep on going. Thanks Rosalie for helping me get back in shape.
This is a great video! I just got my maxiclimber today and turned on this video for guidance. Fantastic explanations, great motivation, and It wore me out! I'll be watching this one more than once. Thank you !
Well, once again, I like to say I love your training video. I’m taking baby steps, but I really find this machine very effective and also your training videos. Thank you.❤
Best Maxi Climber video I've seen! Professionally done, very motivational and I love the little details as you explain what you're doing and why. I hope some day I can get to this level. Thank you Rosalie!!!
Just did up to 11:29! I'm shaking and feel like I'm about to barf! But, I feel great and accomplished. Workin' my way up, baby! Thank you, Rosalie Brown. You're the only video workout out there from what I tried to search through Google. Thank you! I needed this to assist me with a workout for the Maxi Climber and not the chart that comes with it.
Just bought this machine a few weeks ago, and in that time, it has been amazing. I was in a car accident a several months ago, and was still feeling residual back, neck, shoulder, and knee pain. Using this video as my start out; I not only felt immediate relief, but also felt calmer and had a better stride. Thank you Rosalie. You are a great coach.
Thank you so much, stories like yours makes it all worth while! Please take it slowly and let your doctor know what you are doing and I am sure you will be feeling your wonderful self it no time at all! Rosalie
bought my maxi climber 2 days ago. Did this workout the same day I bought it and followed her second video for today. Wow! What a killer workout! this thing will have you drenched in sweat in no more than 10 minutes. It is a complete, full body workout and is only as intense as you make it! I will say that I am feeling a bit of pain/strain on one of my knees.. but not unbearable, and I'm sure will adapt with continued workouts. Rosalie is such an awesome coach! There is no way I could have completed such long workouts without her!
Maxiclimber 1 of 4 Aug 15, 2023 Tues I did all of your entire videos for MaxiClimber. Now, I'm starting again adding wrist, ankle, and chest weights with a sweat vest too. My maxiclimber has no resistance so I'm adding it. I'm able to maintain weight and tone muscles. My waist is 28.5" goal 24". Its been lots of fun following you toning my muscles with the MaxiClimber. 😊😂❤
I just got my maxi climber and lost 3 lbs in one week. This workout is great as you don't realize that you've worked out for 20 minutes. Nicely paced and great commentary throughout.
Once a week, since I've started using a rebounder, which is more fun and really effective for not only weight loss but balance, your lymphatic system, bone density among other things. I love it. Check out bellicon.com. It's expensive but worth it.
hello rosalie me and my wife star fallowing you on your work out this is amazing you are giving us motivation and and the tools to use this machine thanks
Guys! Let me just say this seriously makes you sweat! I remember the first time I tried this out I fell on my Butt! 😂😂 literally. I could barley do 5 minutes! Now I do 30! My legs BURRRRRN!!!! before It used to leave me very, very, very sore! Now it doesn't!! MOTIVATION IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS!!! No matter what this will give you a good work out and you'll loose weight!
Darwin Orellana i bought mine(barely week #2) and i'm using it 5 times a week. about 20-30 mins each time. how long before you started seeing weight loss? 1 month? 2 months? your comment is a year old. how much weight total have you lost? than you in advance
Darwin Orellana oh my god i just did my first workout was dripping sweat in 4 to 5 minutes im just starting out how should i pase myself should i add a minute or two a day what do you suggest would really help me out thanks
irandixon78 so i googled it, bot sure if its accurate but in american pounds it says 18.7 stone = 261pounds. this machine states the limit is 240 pounds=. 17.143 stone. have you bought one? i was a little over the weight limit now im a few pounds under. and it didnt give me any issues.
Good afternoon I thought I would like to take time out to say thank you for you Chanel❤ . I retired about ten years ago and I stumbled on your maxi climber work out . Since then on and off I have been using your training videos to help me stay fit . Your video inspired me to get this machine. I have limited space and this machine I find works great. I’ve stumbled on another machine on one of your videos, the flex machine. I liked it compact design. I may do some more research on this again. I would like to thank you very much for your training videos.❤
I also forgot to mention that this machine does do a good workout. Someone else replied don’t be fooled by the looks of this machine. I agree I feel this is very effective.
@@timothydeluca8669 Hi Timothy!!! It’s soooooo nice of you to reach out with your kind words!!! Thank you! If o can offer some advise about equipment- take a look at the Total Gym… it’s really great!
Thanks for these videos.. I just bought my machine this week and I am using your videos as my trainers.. this machine DEFINITELY kicks my ass!! I had to stop a few times with your first video but I am super happy that I finished it! (Withouth dropping!) I am going to stay on the first video until I can do it without stopping AT ALL!!! Thanks Rosalie!!!
I used mine for the first time today and put it together myself thanks to UA-cam. I'm pretty fit and it still kicked my butt. I felt so great afterwards. I stopped my gym membership because of Covid and went back to my old Beach Body's Slim in 6 and P90 DVDs, and now I have the MaxiClimer XL for cardio in the comfort of my living room. with the new version, even without the resistance attached, it still made me sweat. Rosalie, you look like a great trainer and I'll be visiting you again. Whoever is reading this comment, buy it. you won't regret. Yasmine
Awesome video! Got mine on Saturday and will definitely put it to use tomorrow! Hopefully I will be able to do it with ease like you in a few months. LOL!
I just started my maxi climber workout and it’s no joke. Totally kicked my bu** and it felt soooo good. Total body workout. I’m going to have to build up to this video but so far I love it!
So cool seeing this video closing in on 1million !! I started this workout with you last year, replaced a cable and it’s still working great 😄 🙏and this is how I love starting out the rest of my work out. Thanks RB!
I have maxiclimber XL. Omg it kicked my butt was sweating like crazy butt mix together with my crosstranier back too back was so tired afterwards. Thank you Jesus it's over. My heart beating like crazy had slow it down
Thank you for your great videos. After I put my machine together I was ready to return it because I thought I was using it incorrectly. I saw your video on UA-cam and it helped me through the learning curve. Each time I now get on the climber I feel a little more comfortable. I do wish that the foot pedals were bigger. The manufacturer might want to think about offering more comfortable foot pedals. Bigger pedals with a stationary strap like the pedals on the Versa Climber would be nice. The Versa Climber is similar but 10 times the price ($2,000) . Thanks again.
I have been using maxiclimber for almost a year in rotation with rebounding and dumbbell and cross training workouts. The maxiclimber machine has gotten real easy to the point that I have to do it very fast to feel like I have worked out. However within the first 6 months of myself using the machine, it was challenging. I would do it at the slow pace she is using in the video.
I learnt to love this machine and recently purchased maxi climber XL 2000 with resistance..it really tends to give you a much harder workout ....Love your videos 👍

Got this for my 9 yearold boy. He went all the way 20 minutes first time out. His coordination was so funny. But he did great! When he got done he couldn't stand. His knees were week. He's training for a basketball tryout in 30 days. This is going to help him so much with a wide variety of things.
Holy heck i just bought one and my goodness this machine kicked my ass on my first go. I lasted around 5 minutes before i couldn't do anymore. I then spent the next 10 to 15 minutes sweating and huffing n pufffing. Its now 3am and i cant sleep because my thighs and butt is doing something. It doesnt hurt but it is a little stiff and its keeping me awake. I suggest going to bed after taking painkillers when starting out.
I just recently got mine and today I started working out with you. OmG its gonna take me a little while to get it together. My body is stiff but I will say your workout is superb! Im gonna stick to this one! Thanks!
I worked out probably 5 min on maxi climber before fibding this video and was barely able to complete 5 min of this video. Omg I'm so out of shape. My goal is to use this video every day to help my endurance and eventually complete the entire video without a break or very few break.
Bought mine at Sears. The sales guy said no one returns these -it must be good. He was right. I run 5 - 10 miles easily but this thing kicks my butt in 20 minutes. Also, it is quiet enough, a little squeaky. It is sturdy and light. Takes up no floor space. Good buy.
I swear I felt like I lost weight after a month of doing this workout 5 days a week but the numbers on the scale haven't changed. My clothes fit a whole lot better though. Is that normal?? I love your video btw 😊I always look forward to hearing you say "last 2 minutes!" 😂😂 by the end I'm literally dripping in sweat 😭
You are building muscle and it takes up less room than fat. Your developing muscles will burn off that fat. I''ve been told to watch my body and not the scale. Sounds like you are getting terrific results. Good luck!
Florence deBear wow thanks a lot! that makes so much sense too! my thighs feel tighter & no longer wobbly if you know what I mean. I should just ignore the scale too. thank you!
Me0wls hi there. bought mine 2 weeks ago. i use it 3-5 times a week (there's days i sleep instead of using it lol) how much of a difference did you see after that first month? did you follow the diet suggestions that came with it?
Yeah, if I stop training and get a bit chubby, I start training and loose fat and look great, but I weigh more... muscle weighs more than fat. Don't watch the scales, take photos of your body transformation.
I just ordered this.. my big worry Is I don't want to lose weight.. I actually wouldn't mind gaining n getting a lil thicker in my legs and butt. I'm 5'6 129-132 pounds.. I have always stayed in shape through jobs I worked.. I got a office job and in the last 3 years it has flattened my butt and made me sluggish. So I hope I can get back to where I was maybe even better ! I've heard good things about your videos so I'll b working out w you!
OMG. Just did it. Can't believe I actually made it to the end. Was sweating like hell. Will be doing this 3 times a week for the next 4 weeks. Want to see what my body will look like afterwards. Looking to lose 2 stones by end of Dec 2020. Starting Sept 2020. Let's Gooooooo
@@RosalieBrownFit Thanks much for the motivation. Yes, I just saw you had others so I saved them I a playlist. Will do 1 a month (3 times a week) to start. When am stronger I'll probably mix them up so that I do each of them at least once in the same month. 👍
Just received a few days after Christmas 2022. Omg. This lady is not human! Lol! I'm only doing like 2 minutes at a time. The plan for now, minimum 3days per wk, alternating 2 minutes on, 2 minutes rest - should take me about 30 minutes to complete 15 mins of actual use. This thing is beasty. I'm on Day 3
That was me, too, when I started! The body does adapt quickly, though. Keep going and you'll be able to do the full video without stopping soon! You probably already can.😀
Man...I didn't follow any video. I only lasted 15 minutes, but liked it because my knees, hips, ankles etc were not aggravated. A good go to when weights aren't of avail.
She looks great!!!! I just got my maxi climber, and on my first day, I only lasted 11 minutes. On my second day, I did an hour all the way. I hope I loose weight & become more healthy.
Uhm... the fact that I randomly looked up what a maxi climber is & how to properly use it Bc it’s literally been sitting in my garage lol I tried it for 5 min rn & I’m excited to add this to my lil work out routine ❤️❤️
It seems the best motion would be the full range motion, over and under hand, stretching, strengthening and stamina. Triple wammy. I need to get one of these.....Very nice.
Honestly, I am kind of 11. I have this in my parents home, and I did around 225 in a few hours. I take a break, come back to my dads room, and do around 25-250
Love this workout but any tips on alleviating feet pain when using this machine? Halfway through my feet just kill and it’s honestly the only thing that makes me takes breaks while using this machine.
I am blessed someone throw away their Maxie climber. The metal foot guard need it repairing some soldering. Then searching about the Maxie Climber found your video.work. You are great. The spanish comment said she was in pain ,I agreed. Thank you for your time.
I have a question, do I stand straight up or kind of slanted? I just tried it for my first time today, died after 8 minutes lol, but my knee was hurting during the last minute or 2.

About Maxiclimber and ALL fitness products:
Yes Karen S, I have purchased tons of home products - the wrist weights leaking, etc. and some work as advertised and other don't.
14 minutes it's good. That's you can do all matters butt what matters don't over work your heart
Live Workouts Tuesday’s 9am on Maxi Climber Facebook starting January 2021!
holy shit, this thing is insane, I barely got through 15 mins of this work out. The small steps are actually the hardest because you really are using more muscles to keep that pace and control. Sweating my balls off and my thighs are on FIRE. wow.. I have a goal now, get through this work out with out stopping. Once I do I can move up. good investment.
Lol.
You made me crack up 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Thanks a lot Rosalie for this excellent 1st workout !
Thank you !
same here!
Hi Amber! Do you still use this nasty machine haha? I just started and after 10 min I am dead! haha did you manage to do a 30 min work out on this?
Charles D Los Angeles I’m 13 I can barely do 11
Best explanation and workout for this climber that I have seen. Made my workout more purposeful and impactful.
Good Day. May I ask, where did you buy your climber?
Well, once again, I like to say I love your training video. I’m taking baby steps, but I really find this machine very effective and also your training videos. Thank you.❤

Rosalie
Love this machine and this workout , I’m 60 and probably in better shape now than at 40! Just retired and look forward to starting my day with RB 👍
Yay!!! Thanks for inspiring me!!! Love hearing about people who are SUPER 60! There’s 17 MaxiClimber workouts here on UA-cam!
As soon as I saw this I ordered it right away. Why? I can use it in the comfort of my own home rather than a gym. Looking forward to Rosalie's videos.
bought my maxi climber 2 days ago.
Maxiclimber 1 of 4 Aug 15, 2023 Tues
I did all of your entire videos for MaxiClimber. 😊😂❤
Thanks Rosalie, you are totally awesome.
Great job!!!
I just got my maxi climber and lost 3 lbs in one week. This workout is great as you don't realize that you've worked out for 20 minutes. Nicely paced and great commentary throughout.
katford7286 Hi,how often do you use the machine?
Once a week, since I've started using a rebounder, which is more fun and really effective for not only weight loss but balance, your lymphatic system, bone density among other things. I love it. Check out bellicon.com. It's expensive but worth it.
I've been looking into a rebounder,thanks for the info!👌
Awsome, I love to hear these results, keep going!!!
hello rosalie me and my wife star fallowing you on your work out this is amazing you are giving us motivation and and the tools to use this machine thanks
Owned the machine for 3 years and finally got on it! Thanks for the introduction to use this machine! Sweat was dripping down my face and back 👏🏽👏🏽
Darwin Orellana oh my god i just did my first workout was dripping sweat in 4 to 5 minutes im just starting out how should i pase myself should i add a minute or two a day what do you suggest would really help me out thanks
negrophiliac What's the weight limit as I'm 18.7 stones and 6'1" lol
irandixon78 so i googled it, bot sure if its accurate but in american pounds it says 18.7 stone = 261pounds. this machine states the limit is 240 pounds=. 17.143 stone. have you bought one? i was a little over the weight limit now im a few pounds under. and it didnt give me any issues.

My first work out with the maxi climber, what a nice time working out with you thank you very much!

Yasmine
Glad you liked it!!

I have maxiclimber XL. Omg it kicked my butt was sweating like crazy butt mix together with my crosstranier back too back was so tired afterwards. Thank you Jesus it's over. My heart beating like crazy had slow it down
Just managed to buy one of these! 10 minutes a day - and after 1 week thighs are already feeling stronger and firm...😃
Love it! Strong & firm feels awesome!!!
I would do it at the slow pace she is using in the video.
as you now find it too easy add ankle and wrist weights to get your body grafting again
Hello RosalieI just stated to work with my Maxi climber and I am loving it already. Thank you for being such a motivational.

Got this for my 9 yearold boy. He went all the way 20 minutes first time out. His coordination was so funny. But he did great! When he got done he couldn't stand. His knees were week.
He's training for a basketball tryout in 30 days. This is going to help him so much with a wide variety of things.
So good to here tell him most people last 1 minute first time!!! It is a great workout for sure
I recommend it its awesome and DOABLE for anybody I'm 45 and I feel it but in a good way

@@RosalieBrownFit thank you I will tune in happy new year 🎊
Bought mine at Sears. The sales guy said no one returns these -it must be good. He was right. I run 5 - 10 miles easily but this thing kicks my butt in 20 minutes. Also, it is quiet enough, a little squeaky. It is sturdy and light. Takes up no floor space. Good buy.
Thank you... well I put our climber back on the work out schedule - Thanks for the motivation
I should just ignore the scale too. thank you!
Me0wls Yes it's normal you build alot of muscle
Interesting and very nice stuff to adopt as usual practise! It's me, Sule Shangodoyin.

It’s ok to do 2 days in a row..modify if needed by shorter workout or slower
Just received a few days after Christmas 2022. Omg. This lady is not human! Lol! I'm only doing like 2 minutes at a time. The plan for now, minimum 3days per wk, alternating 2 minutes on, 2 minutes rest - should take me about 30 minutes to complete 15 mins of actual use. This thing is beasty. I'm on Day 3
