I am glad you like the video thank you for watching :) if you are interested by Australian wines you should try a Shiraz from Barossa valley, it’s my favorite from there.
Superb presentation, superb video excellently built. So much work behind these 10 minutes of fun to watch and listen to. Bravo ! Personally, when people talk to me about Pinot Noir I always remember my first Pinot Noir I enjoyed in Alsace : « Pinot Noir vieilli en Fût de Chêne » («Pinot Noir aged in Oak Barrel»), but it has absolutely nothing similar with the other Pinot Noir.
I have learned so much here! Thank you for the understanding of the origins etc! That makes it so much more personal! I look forward to learning more in the future! New Sub here!
I’m steaming lobster 🦞 for my birthday dinner... what white wine would you recommend. I’m not a Pinot fan unfortunately and it’s hot out so I want something chilled!
Happy birthday - That sounds delicious! I would recommend a buttery chardonnay like Sonoma Cutrer - the flavors from this wine will compliment the buttery lobster flavor great!
Very interesting channel and super unique :) would like to see some more :) You should dwfinetly try some traditional eastern europian wines we have some great ones :)
It can be very difficult sometimes, but if you are in a restaurant and you want to order a wine by the glass - always ask for a taste first! They should always be open to do that so you don’t order something you won’t like. (However they won’t of course do it for bottles of wines that aren’t open) and definitely recommend you to get the “Vivino” app! So when you are in the store you scan the label you usually multiple reviews will show and it can help with your decision! 🍷
I love enjoying fine wine and I don’t think I could make something at home even close to what I like, so unless I get the resources one day to open my own winery, I rather leave the winemaking process to the experts 😅
Thanks for watching 😊 yes durif is the australian name for petite sirah, it has more tanins than shiraz, I personally think that it is a great grape for blend but too bold for my taste as a single variety wine.
Very interesting that you mentioned wines grown in Australia :) Thank you!

I love wine but I'm not very good at picking it out.

I never would have been able to pick out the different smells that you said were coming out of each wine. You must have a well trained nose for it.
It takes a lot of practice! I’m still learning!:)
Have you ever thought about making your own wine?
I love enjoying fine wine and I don’t think I could make something at home even close to what I like, so unless I get the resources one day to open my own winery, I rather leave the winemaking process to the experts 😅
Awesome!! I love red wine. We recently worked in an Australian vineyard and learnt about durif, do you know about durif wine? - @iyshajade

Great job boss 🔥🔥💯💯
