Outstanding work Jeff!! Great job carving, but, also great job narrating and filming. I dug the statements about texturing, visualizing, and process. You said things that made sence to me and explained something about my own carvings. Thanks for sharing. Really, it's probably a lot of work, but thanks for doing all that so I could join in.
Jeff, I truly lack the words to express how incredible the piece is. Let alone how much I appreciate you sharing your talent, and process, as you worked. The eagle is well, wow! But almost my favorite part is the flag. You are quite a teacher by the way. Thank you for sharing what, and how you see.
Jeff I am always blown away when I get to watch one of your videos. You are an amazing artist. Thank you for sharing your journey, up's and downs of the process.
I’m in absolute ore of what you have unleashed out of your mind and into the wood. I watched the entire piece on my phone, about 3 inches from my nose, mesmerized by your ability to make this art come alive. I also realised that at times your voice sounded like you were morphing into Tom Selleck which is strangely strangely very relaxing! In all seriousness, you’re an inspiration to a budding middle aged carver from the UK as I’m sure you are to many others. An outstanding piece of work Jeff. Thanks for sharing it with us. Cheers
Jeff, can I ask you, that rotary tool (on your chainsaw) you use to remove material on the wings and background, what is it called? I’m trying to find one in the uk but struggling to see anything that is the same. I’m also assuming this can o my be used in the MS range and not the MSA? cheers
@Brett Adams it's called the Eder gouge. The smaller version is called the Harrycane. Bob they are made in Germany. Contact Bob King he sells them. Thanks for watching.
Clearly this man is a wizard.😉I've still got the eagle head you carved during the quick carve at "The Epic Alaska Cup 2015" on our front porch. Keep up the magic
Absolutely gorgeous! You, sir, are a true genius. The beauty you create is the best work in wood I've ever seen. Marvelous! And I love this piece best of all your work I've watched you create. Beautiful in all ways!
I just got home and watched some, I hope to watch more on the process later! I love your work Jeff! Your alright man, I don’t care what game says about you ;)
Before he started to carve l did wonder should the Eagle go on the top but at 9.59 need to watch the rest and an Bear's head at the end of the America flag
Dude just do you cause its awesome , and it makes you think about how and why and what you did and it is awesome as hell, I carve the bears eagles Salmon Racoons etc. and I wish I had the talent and patience you have how could anyone not be impressed with your work . Love your vids keep them coming bro !!
Thanks, you made my day. I was actually going to stop. Since they are not getting hardly any views. I have a lot more that waiting for editing, but ..like I said the subscription numbers dictate interest. I will make more, but I'm super busy working currently. Thanks again!

You lost me..lol
Wow. Doesnt belong on someone's stairwell next to framed pictures and a cheesy railing
It would fit in even better as the center piece on a huge wall under a vaulted ceiling in a timberframe lodge.
