Taylor Kinney (Severide) had to repeat his lines so many times XD Also near the beginning I could see Yuri (Otis) laughing like mad behind Christian (Mouch)
I remember this episode. Production had to go out and buy two older 1980's Seagrave ladders and make them fully enclosed cabs. They did that cause they couldn't wreck real CFD spare equipment.
They did pretty good on set designs and the action. I liked this behind the scenes of a firefighter show. Since I'm the only one to comment on this video I wonder if anyone other than me will read this comment.
OMG I always thought being an actor looked like so much fun but I would be so scared because of all the cameras lmao maybe just cause I'm very shy ahahha
I want to know how they film this and all the other Chicago things. (Med and pd) They are always in sooooooooo much detail and everything looks so real.
I've been on set for med as an extra and let me tell you it is a lot of fun and so much goes into just one scene. The one episode I went to the shoot for, I probably appeared on screen for a fraction of a second
I’m so sad that the 2 1996 Seagrave Maruaders Truck 81 and Truck 66 got being damaged and destroyed in this episode also the trucks uses different models on it and different lights too
Why was the parking brake not on cause the white emergency lights are still on when their on scene they are always off And was the sirens in the back round coming to the scene cause it kinda looked like that
It’s acting but they use events that occurred years past as an inspiration for their episodes almost every scenes is something that happened to the actual Chicago fire department most of what they use for inspiration The actual event occurred in the 80’s and 90’s
This didn’t actually happen to those actors but they are event that happened in the 80’s and 90’s to real Chicago fire department which the use as inspiration so it isn’t real but it’s based on something real but manipulated for the screen
You're telling me they couldn't get a stunt stand in for 81 that actually looks like 81 to preserve continuity? It really breaks the immersion when you watch the actual episode.
Behind the scenes acting but it based on true even that happens in Chicago years ago but thing were changed for This the actual-event was way worst pretty much every die where as the in this episode of Chicago fore the characters were hurt
Tv shows they are using cfd Riggs and using events that actually occurred to To real Chicago fire department years and years ago but the way they are filmed aren’t realistic like the true event they are based off of
This along with dramatic music makes it seem real.
Yeeyey

Probs because everything that's used is either real or made sure to be the real thing
I've been on set for med as an extra and let me tell you it is a lot of fun and so much goes into just one scene. The one episode I went to the shoot for, I probably appeared on screen for a fraction of a second
They use the real deal. The fire house, trucks everything

Where's the hose layout?
This makes me sad to see two beautiful rigs destroyed.
I’m sure they didn’t crash them. I bet they bought them wrecked
Nice helmet usages...
I love this show.
Chicago Fire
Completely different vibe without the dramatic music blaring in the background.

The truck was it so hard it went back several years
Best siere
Why the hell does that Spartan Squad 3 have a Q on it, when they know damn well that the CFD never uses those?
Why was the parking brake not on cause the white emergency lights are still on when their on scene they are always off
And was the sirens in the back round coming to the scene cause it kinda looked like that
how did you get the truck you actually
are they wearing real fire
fighter gear?
Bring her back
I feel the pain too my man
PedtoFTW ! Like when are they gonna bring her back
It was her decision to leave the show, not the producers... She ain't coming back, at least not anytime soon, get used to it...
Was the wounds real or not?
Good
Chicago Fire?
Yep
Yes
Good jod
So now i've got a question are they Real Firefighters, Just actors or both?
Both
Only one is real. Anthony 'Tony' Ferraris Driver of Squad is the true blue FF on the show.
Time is money.
Alucard Hellsing every show or tv series or movie uses time is money to get things done quick because the longer they take the more money they lose
Bro this already happened in season 1
nope
s3 e3 (just drive the truck)
That was the ambulance crash but a truck drove into them
S1 wasn’t the fire truck it was the ambulance crash as shay was involved in it this was after shay was killed of the show (s3)
Hi there
