1. no penalty for unintentionally striking the ball on the green
2. ball must be on the green to qualify for CTP
3. rules committee clearly has been paid off in interest of views
4. launch full investigation into alleged corruption

Standard USGA rules would state that if you hit the ball on the green without attempting too you replace the ball as best you can to the same lie saying zac radford should’ve had a rehit

That was a scary day dude, I live in brookside in KC but my sister and her family live just north of the speedway. Missed them by a half a mile, but being that it was a mile wide, that's a near-miss. Just watching that monster head right for their house was nerve-wrecking
