Father Phil getting all hi tec with his cameras better watch he will have his own UA-cam channel soon😂your crop cover is looking good them bulls will be fed fine on it
Fair play to father Phil, serious skills on that machine, especially looking at a monitor. Would you consider putting a back of clay on one side of the store that way you could track up onto it and clean out the solids with the bucket facing the right way. And you'd be able to pull it into yourself. Or would it be possible to put the jets on a timer so they come on at different times and keep the slurry moving?
Better again put some off the big Square bales outside the tank . 2 high . Sit on them with the digger . . Make life easier . . Roscommon man Tex u from San Francisco . I love farmer Phil
If you connect the umbilical pump to the jet on the store, instead of the agitator. Would you get better pressure to break up what's left of the crust?
a pile of gravel or broken stone would work better, the lowloader would be we wavey when swinging or reaching out and make it hard get close to the store without hitting it
Aft the year we having had would growing your own fertilise like comfrey. When it's soked in water it's soposed to give off an empire amount of nutriance . I taught in this case blending it and adding it to the slurry would it make a better manure?
Just been watching loved the sound track wonderful video love seeing Farmer Phil and his Father together he’s full of knowledge and he’s just great 😊 we learn such a lot from farmer Phil and Father Phil.Good luck 🍀
Phil my dad built his slurry store back in 1976 and what he done was made a wide ramp along side so he is able back the tractor and agitator up the ramp agitator in and break up any crust no bother just an idea
we made ours as empty as possible with the tanker, and then we hired a mini excavator placed inside and filled the bucket of our own excavator with the mini. we got it all out that way,
Farmer phil is at the ploughing on Egmont. Stand....Block 3...row 11...stand 190....Bate on down the road to Rathenska...Patrick 🐑 🐏 sheep guy in Meath
Good video again A lot of weeds on the winter barley this year i had the same problem I have rape sown now hopefully plough it into the ground soon and put out waste food also and plough it into the ground before we sow it Enjoy the ploughing
? Not being a wise ass . Would it work next time cleaning the tank out with excavator . Put the machine on lowboy . U can see over the tank . The bucket faceing u . Bit rocke . Ur pulling to u . And can see . Plus u can slu and the dirt will come around to u
Need to get father phil a riddle bucket for that job
re bonjour encore une très belle vidéo et du beau boulot , bon courage a vous pour la suite 😍👍👍👍
Father Phil getting all hi tec with his cameras better watch he will have his own UA-cam channel soon😂your crop cover is looking good them bulls will be fed fine on it
Great to get these jobs off the books!! Fater Phil is a hell of a pilot
Very good job Phil I will hope to see you at the ploughing I hope Uncle is doing well

Great video Phil the digger is a handy machine to have around the farm hope uncle Ian is keeping well
Father Phil did a great job with the digger Bucket on the wrong way it is not easy 🤔😉👍👌
If you connect the umbilical pump to the jet on the store, instead of the agitator. Would you get better pressure to break up what's left of the crust?
Get a mix it agitator he makes them for slurry towers bloody marvellous tool
If you had put the digger up on the low loader and backed it in tight to the slurry store would it have given you better reach to dig out the crust ?
It would be fierce dodgy swinging it around with a full bucket when it’s on the lowloader
I was thinking this, you’d be able to see what you’re doing better, and could probably have the bucket on the right way round and scoop towards you
a pile of gravel or broken stone would work better, the lowloader would be we wavey when swinging or reaching out and make it hard get close to the store without hitting it
Bro would be quicker with a shovel 😂
And it would wreck the tires on the low loader
how would a grab truck work to remove crust u would be up high on seat and u could load into spreader over the truck body 🤔
Thanks for sharing your vids with us!
Well Phill. Didn't no you were a Garth brooks fan. Nice to meet you you guys in croke park.
I'm dying for the machinery videos in the workshop
Great video Phil
Fair amount of lads giving advice in these comments, your ideas are great in theory but some of them wouldn’t play well in practice
Aft the year we having had would growing your own fertilise like comfrey. When it's soked in water it's soposed to give off an empire amount of nutriance . I taught in this case blending it and adding it to the slurry would it make a better manure?
Improvement. Good mornings work

Quick hitch lad
Well done to you guys for doin it this was!!! Work smarter NOT harder!! But Phil’s will ye get in that air bubble system like Tommy P 🤔🤔🤔🤔
As the saying goes ; " Down there for dancing !! " 🤣
Great video as always keep up the amazing work and videos phil
Clamshell bucket for the digger Phil would be the job to clean out tank and other work of course.I'm sure yous could make it work with the pipes
All that's missing was the extra height or reach for the digger and a drainage bucket on
Brilliant video
Could father Phil MacGyver a pipe system for the store you could connect to big compressor to bubble the store like Tom P?
Is it economical to use cow dung manure compared to buying fertilizer
If you came across any small old digger Jib extensions might be able to reach down into it
What about your 135 are you doing anything with it
Nice bit of drone work.
Great video again Phil keep em coming stay safe 👍👍👍
Phil my dad built his slurry store back in 1976 and what he done was made a wide ramp along side so he is able back the tractor and agitator up the ramp agitator in and break up any crust no bother just an idea
Been patiently waiting on the return off the mighty daewoo, great stuff lads 👍💨
Hi Phil just wondering why you have 2 straps around the slurry store keep the videos coming bud
Isn’t it great to have that digger home there on the farm for doing a job like that now & other work if needed good stuff 👍👍👍
we made ours as empty as possible with the tanker, and then we hired a mini excavator placed inside and filled the bucket of our own excavator with the mini. we got it all out that way,
For all ye have to clean out and with increasing esb bills would ye put in an airation system into the store?
Almost surgical precision with the digger!
Hi Phil great video Alfie will find his way to the jag next 😂 are you going to the ploughing next week any of the days if so hope to see you there
I'll be on the herdwatch stand tuesday afternoon and on the Egmont Agri stand with the 6499 & mowers on wednesday.
Could you make a hydraulic lagoon whisk for the end of the digger? Is digger piped for hammer? Seen it done on UA-cam, can’t remember where
U ever thought about getting a agitator to go on the arm of the digger
Hi Philip just wondering are you going to the plowing and grate video hope uncle ian is doing well
Hope the mudguard will fit back on the 6499 before then🤣🤣
What is the next job in the yard for the daewoo?
Cant you make a Hydrolic propellor on the end of te digger.?
👍👍
Good vid phil
What's with the ratchet straps around the tank
Hi Phil you should of left digger on low loader be higher for loading
Why not leave the digger lashed down on the plant trailer, hitched to a big tractor to gain extra high to get into crust,
Farmer phil is at the ploughing on Egmont. Stand....Block 3...row 11...stand 190....Bate on down the road to Rathenska...Patrick 🐑 🐏 sheep guy in Meath
Would there be much hassle to changing the propellor inside the store?
Needs a bubbler system
Would the umbilical pump plowing into it not bust it up
Like the digger do u still use it
phil you should have the beacons on because its... its... its... its an acesitie LOL🤫😂
Did you film the digger recovery from the bog ?
I did yes
I didn't know u had a lagoon
Why is there a strap on the store?
What new Holland does Robert have
Some vid remind ye of Tom's slurry store haha
😎😎😎😎👍
Hi
hows the 2720
Would it be better to get a new aerator like the one Tom penderton has in his you tube channel, then the crust problem you have.
Why is there 2 ratchet straps on the belly of the round tower?
throw the digger up on the lowloader and chain it down. theres your extra height. might be an option
Are u going to the plowing championships
Why don’t you get a system like Tom Pemberton and never have this issue again
Last
Good video again
A lot of weeds on the winter barley this year i had the same problem I have rape sown now hopefully plough it into the ground soon and put out waste food also and plough it into the ground before we sow it
Enjoy the ploughing
🇮🇪😁🙏👍❤️
Hope the mudguard will fit back on the 6499 before then🤣🤣
