Aric asked 8 other drummers to compose their own section of a song, the only rules were that they would get 18 bars at 140 bpm and match a similar fill at the end. Once they sent their compositions, he edited them together and sent the full track to Nick and Reilly to compose a song around it. This is Nick's play through.

Night Verses | Drum Chain | Guitar play through
Probably one of my favorite guitarists in the world, I aspire to play like this guy
He keeps getting better!! Hes the best out right now
Dude.. praise be unto Nick, for such glorious riffs! Praise be, indeed!
my new guitar guy, just incredible and so innovative, hardcore school with prog background and postrock ambient stuff, I mean, this is a guitar modern hero.
I’ve watched this 22 thousand times
Wow!
This is such a cool idea and more musicians should start doing this
This is just so incredible and inspiring. The drumming video was already sick. There is some sort of unique x-factor to the way this guy approaches his guitar playing and effects. Reminds me of Dead Letter Circus or Karnivool but taken to some other unexplored territory entirely. Kinda post-metalish meets prog.. Comparisons and genre pigeon-holing aside this is some seriously amazing stuff. You guys have gotten a new listener to your music :)
I just realized this is what came after the band The Sleeping! I've seen the music video for Celestial Fires before I hate to keep singing you guys' praises but to see that The Sleeping turned into something like this is just nuts! Kudos dudes
Will you release the the guitar only (drums off) track or video? This would be great for playing/recording drum covers over it
there is too much talent here!!
The guitar playing is nice, but the tap dancing is most impressive.
Dude that was so sick! I friggen love it! I watched the drummers first! All were wicked now the guitar is crazy uber as well! Hats off bro for kicking ass!
You guys are insane, love it!
Really awesome video. Great idea.
Nick is the shit 🤘🏼
Totally awesome!! when are you guys going to release new material??
Amazing is not strong enough guys! I'll see you at #graspop24 and expect the 2nd part of your incredible album on March 15 !!! The best discovery for the last decade at least. Thank you !
WOW!
this is such a creative idea and it sounds awesome
wheres the video of Reilly's play through?
Talent, level (Master)...\m/ \m/ Awesome groove and composition...\m/ \m/
there's a delay or echo pedal of sorts being used all the time throughout this video. What is it called?
Yea!!!!
3:42 - 4:12 mind blown
You guys are mad
Really sick! What's the delay you're using? Sounds great :)
Holy
Shit
That
Was
Awesome.
Guitar was... is master and all of those drummers brought something amazing. Damn it would be fun to jam with them.
Toast!
Question for you. I have a TC Flashback and I love the delays but i wish there was a way for the sound to travel when I switch to another bar where I won't be using it. Is it better to leave it on until after you switch channels and musical sections or should I switch is off before? I see you doing the pedal dance so I figure you've got to have some useful advice to give.
what amp?
Quite tasty.....
fancy feet
that was so sick its not even funny
