The big coffee chains have moved aggressively into Thao Dien, especially onto Xuan Thuy Street. Coffee House, Phuc Long, and Cong Cafe have invested millions of dollars to buy or rent the most prime land to get a piece of the big money pie in Thao Dien. Phuc Long invites you in with plush chairs and cool atmosphere and then....serves you a drink in a paper cup, LOL.
