I've been a Printer for over 40 years, started off when I was 16, I am sick and tired of the panic mode. I've worked through nights and holidays for people who had to have it on Monday and there it sits on the floor waiting till Thursday because they said they would pick it up, and it turns out it wasn't such a fire. So sick of it, I don't buy it anymore. If it's not that important for them to order early, then it's really not that important. I'm not giving up any more paid holidays. Just NOT.

Watch what the operators do. watch the way they do the make ready make sure the plates are aligned. make sure you have the lead edge in all the way and tightened properly. watch the way they set up the cutoffs.
