I was hoping the new Q speed would compensate for the other nerfs but it looks exactly the same 💀
It should be faster and it should go above yasuo's wall. Thats been annoying me since she came out, its literally above the wind wall visually

No idea if you've seen new Phreak's video but she had also a "buff" on Q which was given to enemy minions when Seraphine casted Q nearby. It preserved them so they wouldn't die to ally minions, it was a cheaty way of helping her farm with her Q

Q speed change is noticeable, and the lack of execute on minions from Q is also pretty noticeable. Seems liek they were just... nerfing her wave clear subtly to nerf APC, without actually significantly buffing her dmg to make her feel more magey... Honestly, they dont know what they are doing with her even if they said they had an idea of what they want her to be these feel like piecemeal and kind of random...
Making the Ult do less dmg when she already can usually not 100-0 someone, and giving the E more dmg but making it do less to minions -- its just going to be annoying to cs on her now for some people, but if Seraphine can't farm well shes kind of useless since she needs items so much to come online.
SG Seraphine and these changes make her feel like the truest combination of Barbieheimer

Tbh I don't know what to think about the changes either... it has pros and cons. A few things are very cool, like doing damage again with the Q and the buff to the e, but overall the changes are a little bit meh. The original Seraphine is not coming back with these changes either, it's kind of a bummer.
About the mana problem, there's this content creator Seraphine OTP called Odi who has a build called Manaphine that is very very consistent! The core items are Malignance, Seraph's and Rabbadon with Lucidity boots. Just saying in case you want to try another build for seraphine ♥ so glad to see you back in YT!

I hate the new changes to her. At least keep the note dmg to minions and Q execute dmg for minions.
I'm a master otp seraphine, and from ur video the q speed is A-MAZING, it changes everything, against good players the q becomes very hard to land, now the slight change helps u secure dmg u couldn't secure before. There's a ton of times people would dodge my q on the edge, now they won't. Imagine the consistent liandry output with the low cooldown, it's amazing

To summarize the changes:
- Mana growth halved, mana regen growth more than doubled. Her early game is about the same mana-wise, but as the game goes on, she benefits more from support items.
- +5 movespeed. This is a pretty significant buff for an immobile mage and makes her W better for herself.
- -5 base AD, notes get nerfed hard. Her attacks are simply worse across the board at all stages of the game, for any build. She has a harder time farming, again pushing her towards support.
- Q does a bit more damage, multiplier is up cooldown is flattened, mana cost widened, missile speed increased. Basically, her main damage tool is more consistent, and haste is a better buy for her late game.
- W shield is higher, cooldown flattened, mana cost lowered, AP ratio on the speed is down. It's less valuable to max, but up a lot more often in the early game.
- E does more damage, AP ratio is up,cooldown is wider, mana cost is lower, AP ratio is up, slow scales with rank.
- R is nerfed, lower AP ratio and higher cooldown when maxed.
Overall, these are big buffs to support Seraphine, since she won't get as much levels or AP as mid Seraphine, but mid Seraphine also gets buffs in that her combo has a higher total AP ratio and her utility scales harder with XP. Her passive and ult are weaker, but she has more power in the rest of her kit.
I think even Seraphine mid should get something like Imperial Mandate or Moonstone to take advantage of her higher mana regen. Her high mana regen and mana costs means heavy haste is way less attractive. She should get some, but a mix of pen, haste, and raw AP is probably best. Malignance might be a good pickup with her ult CD being longer.
Seraphine support should go all-in on Dawncore and try to squeeze as much AP out of her support items as possible. She's definitely more mage-like with these ratios, and will probably build more like Lux support than Lulu.

MID SERAPHINE oh how i missed this era
Kinda of bad that her AA and P were nerfed, that really nerf her early game and lichbane builds. Maybe the presence of mind rune or the odi's manaphine build would help with mana issues in the late game.
The e max definitely does a lot more dmg tho! But yeah idk how i feel about sacrificing w max

I mean I'm kinda glad now since her APC/mid is buff. With the Q base dmg get lower and the ratio of E got increased means that the enchanter build has no wave clear unless you have to actually build AP. But it's true that she doesn't feel as good as when she was released and the ability that's holding her back is her W. Really hope they will somehow rework it to makes her easier to balance.

27:00 Wild Rift's Seraphine Q is faster but also so bugged. I miss A LOT just because champions run straight towards it or away from it even if they are in the middle of the circle 😭 and WR Support said they don't have a solution for it yet
If they were to rework her W, I'd love to see it be more like a persistent song. Allies in a shrinking radius get ramping health regen, movement speed, and maybe bonus damage, and landing spells/notes lowers the cooldown. Recasting/double casting increases the radius of the song, which extends the duration as well.
It'd be a more active ability that rewards you for being aggressive rather than a shieldbot.

I'm not quite sure on the changes myself. I like the Q speed and Q and E damage buffs, but the mana management and early laning just scares me. She's got 525 range and 50 base AD, with a pretty small mana pool and her Q doesn't do amped damage to minions anymore, getting through the early game will be a hell of an adjustment from before. I guess she still clears waves fine after getting lost chapter, but damn I'm not looking forward to some of the matchups I'm gonna have to face with these changes in mid and bot. It's just, is the buffs she got enough to justify the potentially abysmal early game?
I think I would've prefered if they went the route of making her Q AP ratio scale again with points, like it used to, to rein in some of her insane early wave clear since that also affects botlane Sera more than mid bc of shared xp and let her keep the increased note damage to minions. Maybe lower it to 200% (300 on live), but not take it away completely.

Remove notes from her passive and replace her W with notes, the notes could be a W passive, idk what the active would be, there doesnt even have to be an active, her notes alone are so good

What I think they should do to the W to make her more viable mid lane and yeet her out of bot lane is make it so that the whole cast area has a fixed shield value and if seraphine is alone in the aoe, she gets 100% of the shield, if one ally is with her she gets 50% and ally gets 50% etc. And if we really wanna exaggerate, the double cast should just increase the range with no additional effects. This way she could give allies a little shield from far away but it wouldn't be an op one and it would make sera players look to be alone for more personal shield value
So sera mid is a Thing again? I was quite pissed... she was released as a mid lane champion and got an ultimate skin....so riot pls make her a great mid laner as she was suppose to be

you were playing vs some ai bots, normally sera is not doing any dmg, and with rylai and seraph? Man, there is no way that you will be doing dmg with her. Just big lead compare to them
