That bard play on Syndra at around 11:20 is the highlight of the episode for me. He put her into a 5 SECONDS cc chain, while gap closing for Q and giving Pekin as much time for reaching the battlefield.
As a none more than a mere silver, this moment of the video truly showed me why Pekin is always so scared of Bard picking with ult.

As a non-fixed insta-dodge/dash/aoe burst, its seems to me like CLEARLY Fizz E should have as long a cd all game as galio W, but instead by mid-game it's the cd of a ziggs q. I'm getting tilted just watching this lol

@@XavIsOnline And with equal ability haste, ziggs' q would be a 3 second cooldown at level 13. Point being, Fizz's e is at no point the cd of a ziggs q like you claimed. Regardless, Fizz's entire kit revolves around slipping in and out of battle. A major portion of that slipperiness is contained in his e. He's too squishy to survive teamfights without it.
Seriously, try Fizz out. His e is strong but it's not as broken as you think. If you use it offensively, you can't escape with it, and vice versa. He has zero ranged capabilities outside of his ult which is a slow moving, super telegraphed skillshot. Plus his e is very mana hungry so he'll go oom if he's not careful.
@@zaknafein254none of this matters. He really should have a LONG window of punishment the whole game when that ability is down. The fact that you can E > hourglass > directly back into E, is fucked. It should never be below 10 seconds base.
Like, yeah, he can get in and out, but if he fucks up, like happened in that mid game fight, he should totally be killable and he just isn’t. He’s WAY too forgiving.
The entire point of fizz is the e, you're a melee champion with no sustain and no beef, you news low CD mobility

personally i tink fizz is brain rotten his E has invis frames with good mobility and aoe his W and Q are pretty annoying aswell and his ultimate 💀 yea slow me stun me and deal that much damage with basically no way to dodge it

You just lose
Poke with Q and keep at max range to force Fizz into burning abilities to get close. Try to gimp him with E whenever he does (not easy, but required. Remember that while he has invuln. frames, he's also linear in engage) and if you land it, follow with a full combo. If in kill range with earlier poke Q orbs, R him. If not, pull back to max range and try to force him out with Q spam. It starts hard, but if you gimp him well just once or twice and can get an advantage or even a kill or two, a Fizz that's behind will have a hard time against a Syndra that's ahead, unless you do something dumb and gift the advantage ahead.
Also, Generally playing against Fizz is playing against his Q and E CDs. If he has both up, he can engage far and kill from high, but without either he's fangless for closer to ten seconds early. Even his ult pressure disappears, if he can't follow up. A midrange shark without a followup is a wasted ult. Bait them out and be sure to punish his down time. Biggest mistake against him (and many other assassins) is getting scared after his engage and then giving them free run to wait for it's reset. Bait and/or Gimp the engage and then push back. Also, don't give him free Ws if you can, but that's kind of obvious. Those hurt over time.
Using q while u have w active counts as two spells used, so if u auto directly after u get an electrocute proc

The fact that he almost won that 9:03 fight after missing an entire (easy to perform) rotation should tell you all about how fucked up, forgiving and bloated Fizz is as a champion. Syndra needed 6 skillshots + her stacking R with 5 Spheres AND a turret shot to bring your missplaying ass down, you needed a short ranged R, two point and clicks and a "skillshot". Are you proud of playing this monstrosity?

@@dracocrash1 that's like asking me why don't I play every 150+ champions. I hardly have time to play 1 game a day, let alone learn and master different champs and take time in practice. Why should I have to play a champ that I'm not interested in, just because it has a broken ability. Only reason I can play decently against other champs is watching ppl like pekin play them while I'm at work on down time. I mastered Ekko, Vel'koz, and shen/panth. Panth is a broken champ, but I don't like to play top, and I prefer AP in mid. I also played Panth when he had his old ult, never been a fan of the newer ult. Shen is now a shit champ. Ekko is only good for jg now, which is cutting it close, and Vel'Koz when I know i need a poke champ. I DON"T have time to learn other champs and honestly I don't think other champs are as cool as the ones I currently play.
I'm sorry my life don't evolve around LoL like most of you, I like to come on and play some without getting dived on by someone who doesn't even take one turret damage for doing so.@@dracocrash1

yes very well. Ap champs scale better than ad champs generally anyway. Fizz has very good AP ratios so this is especially true. Especially if you skip zhonyas and go full damage.
