I saw Wicked and The Lion King but I didn’t get the playbills because I wasn’t into musicals yet 😥 But I’m seeing BMC and DEH on Broadway in a couple days! I haven’t been to NYC in a while so I’m literally so excited!
Ahhh I have noooo thing, I want a Hamilton playbill desperately but I live on the other side of the planet where there's no such thing as musical theater "face palm"
I have a big stack too!! I did the same with if/then and got them signed by the cast in the freezing cold. How good was Idina? Last time I went I saw DEH, Mean Girls, Network, waitress (with Sara barielles), come from away, DEH a second time because it destroyed me so much I needed to do it again and then went to Puerto Rico to see hamilton with LMM. I plan to frame them all and make a broadway wall out of them!
I only have a few playbills (Hamilton Broadway and School of Rock tour) but I also have a Lightning Thief program that’s not Playbill brand and I want to buy a Matilda playbill because I saw it on tour a few years ago but didn’t keep the playbill and I had a Wicked playbill but it got lost 😭 I want to start collecting more though
I did try to look for Hamilton playbills on the floor of the theatre but I couldn't find any. But I did get mine signed by the guy who played thomas Jefferson.
I haven't been to Broadway but of the national tours I've seen: Les Miserables, phantom of the opera, the bands visit, Hamilton, and come from away. This Wednesday I'm seeing Fiddler on the roof. In April, Jesus Christ Superstar, and in may both waitress AND Dear Evan Hansen!!!!!! Which will make 9 Broadway tours. Not bad considering the first one I saw was Les Miserables in October of 2018. And I'm only 17. Ripppp I'm in debt. But it's 100000% worth it
Maybe this is a stupid question BUT, do you get playbills for free when you visit a show or do you have to buy them? Ive searched around for this but i could not find it
I live in Australia too but problem is I’m broke and have to buy playbills online. I have 6 but it’s defiantly not the same as going overseas. God I hate bing broke 😭.

OMG SAMEEEE
fun tip: when seeing a show, politely ask the usher for extra programs. they're most likely going to give them to you.
YOU HAVE SEEN TEN BROADWAY SHOWS! You are so lucky! And yes I did count as she was going along
At my first show I saw Aladdin and I saw a STACK of playbills. There were like 11 in an isle way so now I have a ton in my drawer
In london we have programs but there not as expensive there some thing like £5-10
10 euros is 20 dollars in australia so they're about the same
Ahhh I have noooo thing, I want a Hamilton playbill desperately but I live on the other side of the planet where there's no such thing as musical theater "face palm"
