Sebenarnya Wan Saiful ni dah tersilap langkah. Dia ingat masa dia dok hebah dalam dewan rakyat pasal ada orang nak ajak dia lompat tu, dia ada kekebalan ahli parlimen. Sekali disuruh buat report dia tak mahu, report polis takutz report sprm tak mahu. Kalau berani kerana benar buat aku takut? Ke sebenarnya akan lebih terbuka tembelang dia..tu sebab bila ada dibawa usul untuk rujuk dia ke jawatankuasa parlimen dia takut dah. Polis takleh sentuh dia, sprm pun takleh sentuh dia, so sekarang biar jawatankuasa khas parlimen soal siasat dia..apa ada berani ka?
Tunjukkan bukti ini kpd hakim dlm mahkamah...jadi buat laporan polis dan sprm...bukannya melalak dlm parlimen yg mana semua wakil rakyat adalah kebal, termasuk kamu...

How can one determine if the statement he shows is genuine if he doesn't hand it over to the court !?
I can produce a statement that looks authentic at a glance but will never stand close scrutiny but a lot of people can be fooled .
If it was genuine he should have handed it over to the court as evidence .

A whatsapp message from a "middleman" and a picture of some people seated together really means nothing at all in terms of relevance and admissibility within the law of evidence. He may be speaking the truth. He may be complaining of an awful and disrespectful proposition but sadly the kind of evidence may not see the light of day in court. As a last chance he should try and bring the "middleman" for all that he is worth and let him face the rigors of cross examination in court.
So much FAKES and SCAMS nowadays. Every gullible person is a sucker, even a professional.
