Hi, a small question.
Suppose i get my 200 hours on SE and get my CPL, then add a ME rating to it.(whatever hours are required). When i come back to India, and go for conversion, will my CPL have an ME endorsement or will i be given a single engine CPL? if the latter is the case, what about my ME hours, will i have to give a checkride or do all my ME hours again?

Hi.
As long as you have a rating on your foreign CPL, you can get it converted here in India.
If you get a ME rating on your foreign CPL, you’ll just have to give a Day and a Night check within the previous 6 months when submitting your documents at DGCA. If you want an IR rating, you’ll have to give an IR check as well.

The approximate course fee is somewhere between 35-40 lakhs. Some schools may charge less, some may charge more. You can get he exact quotation from the flying school!
