How many ever times i tried adding payment method, but it is not getting updated on the page. It is icici bank visa and master card. Everytime card sucess message comes but payment method doesnt reflect on the page. It is the 1st time im trying to release the ad campaign. Can you pls tell me how to resolve the issue. my client adds the payment method (debit card) in the ad account for the first time, but it failed, after that he paid 2000/- from UPI the money was added, but when the ads were run, the ad account got banned. Then I accessed their ad account and page, deleted the payment method. So now I can run ads from the amount that is available (2000/-) ? Or I have to add payment method?

I am unable to add a payment method… I am using a perfectly valid Bank of Baroda VISA platinum Debit card which allows me to send money abroad from India. Once I got an error on my debit card, I tried adding a VISA credit card, that gave the same error. Then I tried adding an Australian Mastercard credit card. Still the exact same error.
