    Great recipe - been looking for this for years - once made per recipe I dehydrated this in the oven at 50 degrees C for 1 hour - and this makes it like a dry snack I remember eating in the cinema in Nairobi aged about 8 - 50 years ago !! Many thanks Ian

    Great recipe that isn’t requiring a deep fry.I added black salt at the end and it tasted great.
