Hey I’m trying to transfer fixa to my new triselio gunblade , but my exelio gunblade is not showing in the transfer preset skills, could you help me?

The fixa transfer is something I'm still not that famiiar with unfortunately! Is the exelio gunblade unlocked?
I can't remember the rules on fixa transfers unfortunately, I always forget it myself
