I upped my panel's production from 10 kWh to 13 kWh to accommodate panel/inverter degradation, any increased consumption, and lower winter/bad weather conditions, and will be installing a battery backup next year. We were told by many so-called experts 10 kWh was enough if not overkill. I knew going in they would undersize based on my real desires. We have 5 year old high-efficiency home with an EV that consumed 11,580 kWh per year. The 13 kWh will cover all those requirements. So that's what we are installing. We wanted MORE POWER at the beginning knowing it would get lower as the years pass.
Leafscore is the best. Really appreciated for explanation!
