There are too many street photographer videos where the photographer thinks that because they have expensive camera gear (usually Leica ) thats all they need ,and produce mediocre at best photos. Its a breath of fresh air to come across a photogher like chris whose main attribute is not gear but talent.
Of the millions of "street photographers" you tubing their wanderings, this is up there with the best. It's not easy finding originality and variation within a relatively small geographical arena but Chris does it so very well. It's a lesson to all aspiring street photographers; get a training in graphic art ! Your book will fly.
I went to school with Chris and I remember how his art came from a visceral beginning of expressions of appreciation for the very stuff of life. Such people never let go of what drives them because it is so much an aspect of their very natures. I’m certainly very fortunate to see where he has gone with this aspect of himself. Congratulations old chum.
It's honestly the first time I've heard of Chris Harrison. The truth is that I was impressed by the quality and originality of the photographs. They are just fantastic. Very good work.-
I really enjoy the videos where you showcase other photographers. Don't get me wrong. The videos showcasing you are awesome too. Thanks for putting these out. I look forward to viewing your content.
Thanks Chris I enjoyed watching your video it just shows you that you can see the world around you differently if you just look and think outside the box .
This is an inspiring video and one that has some actionable takeaways. I loved watching Chris in action and how he takes us through his process. Well done, Mike--great interview. Thanks for introducing me to Chris' work!
Really enjoyed this video on “street photography”. It’s such a relaxing hobby, carrying a camera and going out to purposely observe life, capturing a snippet here and there. When I first moved away from home back in the early 80’s, I secured a job at Butlin’s Ocean Hotel. I spent many happy hours walking along that seafront into Brighton. I wish that I’d had an interest in photography back then. Such a great location for a photographer.😊
Hi Mike..Of all the videos I have watched on street photography, yours is the most inspiring. After watching this, it has been my Great Dane and Chihuahua moment. It's 11.30 in the evening and I'm buzzing. Chris's mages are magical. Thank you!
I know and love Chris Harrison. Even so his creativity, clear communication, and solid commitment to his art impresses me more than ever. Thank you for making this video with him.
Finally I’ve found a kindred spirit in the way you shot street photography , (or Fine Art as we called, in my area , when I started in 80/90s ). Your work in SO GORGEOUS. And what I dig is that we shot the same type things. If you saw my work, it would make more sense. I can’t wait to delve into your Art from here on out, as I’ve just discovered your channel! Ty, and the images are AMAZING! -Max Patrick Haynes
This made so many things click for me. Such explicit direction for what interest him. No hiding behind vagueness for fear of being judged too clearly. Pure honest reaffirmation. It’s left me with a better intuition for why particular photos resonate with me. Genuinely one of the most impactful photography videos for me.
Wow Mike! 😮! I’m totally blown away - A really great and inspiring video of a true inspiring person and his photography. One of my favorites from your videos - so far, Mike!👌👍🔝📸
Hi Mike, Chris Harrison's street shots are some of the best I've seen. Great work! I think my great street shots could be counted on one hand but his eye for these shots are inspiring. Thanks for sharing! Gives me ideas.

Absolutely superb video Mike, the points that Mike allude to, ‘being unsure, is it the right time etc’ resonated with me. Love your editing style, would have appreciated the ad’s toward the back end of the video lol. Thank you for taking the time to create, share and collaborate with Mike. #Londonlovesyou 👊🏿💯
Another great video Mike. Obviously your pictures are great, but it is also good to see what other talented photographers do. I had never heard of Chris, but he seems to be brilliant at making the ordinary look interesting.

Super! There's so much Bad photography, especially street based stuff, masquerading as art out there that I'd become totally jaded by all the pretentious nonsense. This however is clever, witty, graphic and so well observed. Bravo! Chris Harrison.
Yeah this is a great video dude. Such an interesting guy and great photographer. I know they must be hard work for you but they are all really great to watch. Ps loving the rugged stubble vibes from you. 😜😜😜😜

I don't need training. It's not something you learn by being taught.
