let me know , my main TV lounge area is about 2805 cft and I calculated as per conversion i get 2.3 Ton requirement, so 2 ton portable standing AC we are considering would be enough but it has also open kitchen space ( 7' x 12' ) & lobby area ( 8' x 4' )so I have to re add that area to get the exact requirement ?

My room is like L-shaped,that is the door opens inside,on one corner which is vacant,and its about 4fts x4fts.
The rest of the room is 12x12.
The height is slightly more than 11 ft.
Should I calculate,first 12x12x11 and then 4x4x4 to get square feet and then multiply with 10 or should I simply multiply 16x12x11 ?
