If you've downloaded the file for it, you'll most likely need an emulator in order to play the game. I recommend downloading 'Kega Fusion' and when it's done, just select that file when you go to open a game on the emulator. Hope this helps you out😃💯

That itself doesn't exist but there is a game called Sonic 3 Complete, which has the option to play the game through in the original intended way, putting Flying Battery between Carnival Night & Icecap, and if I remember right also has an Eggrobo model for the real Flying Battery 2 boss
