I looked up allulose and there seems to be very little research on it and so it is recommended to only use it occasionally. If that's the case I'd stick with xylitol since there are many studies that it not only helps the gut, but your teeth as well, it's natural and totally safe. Kathy, you look so good in that green sweater. It makes your blue eyes look green! I also love your hair color and your hair does look very healthy now. I am very interested in mixing my own color since like you, I have colored my own hair since my late teens. I use a Garnier box shade now and I just worry about matching it. It's funny, I remember my friend helping me pull my long hair through a cap in college and she pulled such thick pieces through, and we left it on too long and I had big white streaks instead of blond highlights and I hated it so much and was really upset, hahaha! Awe at least we were young and could get away with all kinds of crazy hair cuts and dye jobs then. oxJulia

D3- most of us women need it at menopause. I even work outdoors and I still have to take it. I hate seafood also.

I once worked in the office of a Cemetery. I had to talk with the family and help with the planning. After about a year they had to let me go because I cried so much with the families 😊😊. Your hair and skin are really looking healthy.❤❤❤

We have a lot in common and use a lot of the same products. I use the water pitcher with filters, I also HATE any and all seafood, I take some of the same supplements, I buy bras at Kohl's, (love comfort bras) , I am so DONE with underwires and I also wear size 2X. I use the same little makeup puffs from Amazon, I use the lavender essential oil for sleep and ALSO I listen to UA-cam sleep hypnosis videos!!! Loved your video. I look SO FORWARD to your videos. Oh, and I also use the face razors

Happy 2024 Kathy I use sugar in my coffee non of the sugar substitute I feel it’s better for me because as my grandma 😮said if God made it it must be good. For ME I just don’t believe in doing diets I just eat in moderation I love food to much to deny myself of anything 😂but I can’t eat certain foods because of allergies so I stay away from them. I do try to eat healthy and stay a certain weight but I don’t let that get me down either I just walk or cut back a little… at 70 😁I can’t worry about diets and I know if I need to loose a couple Ibs I’m up my exercise like walking or dancing around the house☺️ I’m pretty healthy but at my age it’s not the same as when I was much younger life as you already know is short and as we get older for me I want to live a healthy life but I want to also enjoy the things I love and if I’m serious about living my best life and doing the things I should do we all can and we know what wr must do. As always love your videos and TYFS❤

I was going through my clothes and I can't believe how many different sizes I have. I have flashing arc shape that go across my eyes and the eye Dr. told me that they are migraines. Your hair color is very pretty on you.

Hi Kathy & Happy New Year! I've been using Castor Oil since my childhood in Germany. My great Aunt always used it & lived to be 94. She also went to Homeopathic Doctors as did my mother. My mother started having trouble with her stomach in her thirties and went to a Homeopathic Iridologist in Germany who diagnosed her problem by looking into her eyes. He gave her these little white pills in a little blue jar & they worked. Once we returned to the US she had enough to last her a couple of months & when she ran out within a couple of months her stomach started acting up again. She ent to the Dr. & he said the little pills worked because it was psychosomatic. Well eventually she got severe ulcers & the Dr's here butchered her. She had so many surgeries I stopped counting them. Now all US Dr's have jumped on the Homeopathic band wagon, like it's something they discovered. Thanks for talking about it & no such thing as TMI if it's something that needs to be discussed.

I love your hair but it’s like lipstick: I’ve never seen you in a color that didn’t look great on you! (I don’t think gray would be good, though.). You wore me down - I finally bought that cookware. 1) It looks pure white, which I love. 2) Without the handles in the way, they semi-nest in each other and I have a small kitchen. The set is supposed to arrive tomorrow. Thank you for another very helpful video!!!!!

I made oatmeal, custard filling and chili in the saucepan. Its been 7 or 8 months since I got them and they changed the set slightly. They are on sale I noticed with an extra pan. : )

Hi Gabby! Yes, I got some in PR from the company, but I just could handle putting it in my coffee knowing it was from bones. My friend loves it in his coffee, but after 3 months has not noticed improvement in his skin.

Oh btw it’s so funny that castor oil is the new thing now my mom used it in my hair and baking soda brush my teeth always used things products when I was a little castor oil when I got constipated and brush my teeth with baking soda and little peroxide and used a Vaseline on my face in the winter time non of this is new it’s just coming back in style what’s old is new again so funny also turpentine just a small amount when we kids had colds use to rub on our chest to help breathing and boy did it😂
