I'm a massage therapist, and I do stretching in my sessions as well as Orthobionomy and Positional release. Much easier on the muscles and joints for the clients, and to help regain their mobility. I love stretching, I personally love to be stretched, though I don't get it done enough.
The problem with this is that I will become addicted. I had my first session today, it was incredible! It released pain I have had for over a year.💓🤗💯

I went to my 1st stretch zone appt yesterday. I suffer from sciatica and yesterday was the first time I was pain free in about 10 years. It’s definitely worth it for anyone with sciatica. I walked out of stretch zone with an extra pep in my step.
That is AMAZING!! I wish there was something like this in Santa Fe or Albuquerque, New Mexico.
I would love to sign up for this program if there was an office in south east central Ohio. Having both hips replaced after years of joint decay range of motion isn't that great. Pain free and strength are very good but years of stiff walking this therapy would be great.

I would love to take my husband to that place, but we’re in Ashland, 2 hr drive for me. My hubby was in a really bad car wreck in 1993. He was in a coma for 4 months and now has a TBI. In that time he was so constructive, he’s had about 15 tendon release surgeries.

My daughter went to the stretch zone here in Arizona and it didn't help her she walked away from it feeling the same
I'm not surprised- its laughable - 1st of all Yoga people are NOT "Licensed"
And " Nationally Accredited" is not of any value if you Certify yourself
I can Certify - the Dunkin doughnuts 🍩 guy to be "Certified" to be a Surgery specialist
So what....
I didn’t wanna say it.. but at least im not the only one that knows this. Find a certified FST stretch therapist. Not company named “practitioner”
P don't compare yourself to physios you just stretch all muscles like a machine while a doctor of physical therapy DPT is a Doctor who assesses and diagnoses,and treats medical conditions with 7 years of schooling to be a general practitioner and then 4 years of specialization in one of these specialties ortho, neuro, pediatrics, dermatology&wound management, gynaecology, geriatrics ,& cardiopulmonary in icu
Nationally accredited by who?? Should be illegal for anyone not licensed by a state board or who didn't go through the proper channels of education to become a true specialists to be touching clients or patients like this
